Morning Glory Café

Wow what a great place! The food is delicious, the people are great, and the cafe is so cute with outdoor and indoor seating.

We were on a road trip from Seattle to SF and stopped here for breakfast. Plenty of street parking (pay at a meter) and open tables. Everything is vegetarian with lots of vegan by default dishes or substitutions.

Bottomless coffee! With dairy and non-dairy cream available. Also every time you order toast they ask if you want vegan or dairy butter. Love that!

It's so hard to decide what to get because everything looks amazing, and they have a fully stoked pastry case (we got some scones and chocolate croissant to go).

A bunch of us ordered the vegan omelet bc we were curious, it's a ton of veggies wrapped in a crispy potato shell topped with a vegan tofu-based herbed sour cream. And comes with toast! There's jelly and hot sauce available nearby.

A lot of dishes are available as half portions if you want to try multiple things. And breakfast is served all day! The best.

Would recommend if you're driving through Eugene or visiting for a while or even live there! I'd enjoy going back.

Update - the lemon strawberry scone I got to go is SO SO good. Perfect amount of tartness you can taste in delicious lemon frosting. You wouldn’t know it was vegan.

Stopped here after my Amtrak train dropped me off at the station. This place is right next to the station, and busy. Vegan/Vegetarian foods with comfortable seating and artwork on the walls that are for sale. Most definitely a college town restaurant and serves both families and students as well as out of town folks with a smile and great personality.

Fabulous company and breakfast before I depart on my first train ride. Fabulous food and service! We'll definitely be back!

I love this place. Whenever we plan a brunch/lunch date, we always end up at Morning Glory. Our go-tos are the Biscuits and gravy and Happy Morning Sandwich. The vegan french toast and Triple Lucky Noodles are also delicious!

I love this place!! The sweetest little café/bakery!! This was the first place I saw/ate at when moving to Eugene, their vegan cinnamon rolls are the best!! Their waffles are perfectly crispy, not super fluffy, but they taste amazing:) The service is amazing, everyone who works here is so kind and helpful, I loved coming here as a special little treat. Perfect autumn/summer atmosphere.

Small little nook but AMAZING food! I got the seasonal pumpkin waffles and they were to die for. The Sunny Bear drink was also delicious. Highly recommend. The vegan soy-sage patties left a little to be desired in the texture department (very crumbly) but still very tasty.

Wonderful to-go vegan baked goods and delicious sit-down vegetarian and vegan homestyle breakfast and brunch options. We shared a vegan cinnamon roll, a hearty omelette, challah bread french toast with strawberry sauce and maple syrup, and Little Bear's Vegan Omelette- veggies in a shredded potato shell with an herbed-tofu sour cream and a biscuit w/ vegan butter.

All was amazing, save for slightly less fresh tasting veggies, and drip coffee that was more diner than delicious. I'd recommend a hand crafted beverage instead.

Service was fantastic, everyone seemed happy to be there. Decor was adorable.

Great food that tastes "home cooked". Lots of vegan options. However, it's disappointing to see a $1 surcharge for alternative milks. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Eugene!

Love it here! Was waiting for my train and wanted something to eat, this is definitely a good choice! I got their French toast, it’s topped with a sweet strawberry drizzle 😋😋 100% going here again!

Great affordable, healthy, and nutritious food. Everything is vegetarian. Many items are gluten-free. My husband and I really like the three sisters. If you have a craving for sweet, the monthly special gluten free French toast with apple nut topping.

Absolutely love this restaurant. The food is delicious and the customer service is wonderful. Having a place where I can order the food I want to eat without judgment is hard to find. I hope more places like this open around the state. I appreciate the good ingredients and the care that is put into making your amazing menu. It may not be for everyone but it's nice to have a place for people who like eating the way I do. Thank you 😊

I got the Claire Bear's Bomblette
Roasted yams, kale & roasted garlic scrambled with two eggs inside of our shredded potato shell. Served with one of the most amazing biscuits I’ve ever had in my life!! I sat by the window and watched all the happy faces leave and enter, the atmosphere was incredible to the super kind servers and brilliant music they had playing. I can’t wait to return to Eugene SPECIFICALLY for this place. Even the owner was super kind after I tried to shake the hand of whoever made the other worldly biscuits.

We came in on a busy Sunday morning, the place was super packed but functional. After a short wait we were seated outside. The staff was super nice and helpful with the menu. The atmosphere is super cozy and happy, totally a great restaurant that embodies the Eugene vibes. The pastries look amazing and I will definitely be trying one next time. The tempeh tasted super good which was awesome because it was my first time trying it.

Very happy with my experience. It's a Saturday so we paid for parking. Nice sidewalk seat and they allowed our pup. Waitstaff very friendly and helpful. Never had to ask for coffee refills, they were on top of it. Only waited about 10-15 min as informed. My beatie has celiac and they substituted things so he could have the special and she was very impressed. My waffle was delish and the noodles were vegetable rich. Mornings like this are what positive vibes are about. We're not vegetarians, but we're satisfied with all the tasty option available on the menu. Will definitely return

This is my favorite breakfast cafe in Eugene. Great selection of teas and coffees, fresh baked goods and food made to order. A lot of nice vegetarian and vegan options. The cafe is really cozy, and staff is always friendly. I've been in for pastries and tea several times, and always highly recommend this Cafe to friends of mine and people visiting from out of town.

Great seasonal menu, very interesting dishes I don't see at other places in town such as a gingerbread and mint spices waffle with candied pecans for the December 2022 menu.

This is one of the best healthy cafes I have been to in Oregon. I have to travel for work so end up trying quite a few places. The staff are sooo friendly and helpful and they will make the dish the way you want it. They have some amazing options and then even more on the organic specials. It’s got a really cute design as well loved it. The coffee is good too! Couldn’t ask for anything more. Would definitely highly recommend.

Food was amazing. Service was a little slow but they were busy and we weren't in a hurry. Definitely will go again.

This place has got an incredible vibe and equally incredible food. I love seeing all the new art on display from local artists every time I come in. The food is PHENOMENAL and definitely don't skip out on the pastries at the counter either, they are awesome.
