Howe restaurant

A typical "Mom and Pop" restaurant, but GREAT service and DELICIOUS food!!!! We had a homemade pizza that was some of the best my traveling buddy and I had ever had. The restaurant was hoppin' the whole time we were there! Everything that came from the kitchen looked DELICIOUS. We will definitely go again when traveling in that area!

This place is great! A mom and pop, family type of restaurant that has tons of menu choices and delicious food. The service is friendly, fast, and attentive. T&ey have plenty of healthy, low-carb, gluten-free options as well, although they don't list them as such. 5 stars!

Been coming here since I went to Howe Military as a child. Can’t recommend enough.

Brunch with my wife and adult children. Stumbled upon this when the place we were going to eat was packed.
Great food with big portions that won’t break your wallet. Four of ate for $55!

Me and my dad were on the way back to Evanston from out East and our family suggested this restaurant since it was about one mile off the tollway; it had very high ratings on google for a good reason!! The food is great, the waitresses were really nice and checked on us often. Their Grecian salad and cheeseburgers were really amazing. The salad had great feta and olives, and authentic Greek dressing. The 4 LAYERED chocolate cake was EXTREMELY good. My Dad said his Apple Pie was great and they both came with what seemed like homemade ice cream. You know it’s a good place when you see 4 Amish Horse drawn wagons parked outside with families eating inside!
I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area or on a road trip!

Food always tastes great! Service is always good. I like how they have seasonal items to their menu.

Howe was a great place to have a girl's get-together. We all had a good breakfast to end a great weekend.

Howe Restaurant was an unexpected diamond in the rough during our visit for the Amish Land Volleyball Tournament. Our team met Angelo, the owner, who was very personable and charismatic. When he found out I was also Greek, he sat down with us and told us many interesting stories about his life. The food was awesome! Everybody loves their choices. I had cream cheese stuffed strawberry french toast and I can say there was nothing like it. My taste buds went on vacation this morning.

If you're in the area, this restaurant is a must-visit!!

Great first time here! My mom always pronounces the town “Ho” as opposed to Howe which is so funny to me. Tried the pizza, chopped steak, and chicken. All were great! My mom was surprised at how huge the chopped steak was! Fries were great too. Mashed potatoes needed more seasoning but love that they are homemade! Hard to find good restaurants when traveling to Shipshewana and this is less than 30min away. Small place but our waitress was super friendly. The staff was very attentive and were quick to remove dishes when other tables were done. Will be back to try more stuff! Support these small local restaurants!

Breakfast was awesome! Everything cooked to perfection...the outside of bldg is not a reflection of how great,the food and service is.We are going for dinner this evening ,and will remember to take a photo of meals!🥲😍🥓🥔🥚

My Family and I have eaten here many times and we think it's great. Owner and Staff are very friendly and the Atmosphere is so relaxed. It's like eating with Friends.

I really love it when you walk into these small town diners and instantly you feel that "welcome home" feeling. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, the coffee was good and hot. The food came fast. No wait time hardly. The prices are very reasonable and a good healthy portion also. I definitely recommend stopping if your passing thru. Oh, bonus...my coffee NEVER went low, someone was always checking everyone! Impeccable 💯

Amazing place. Was recommended to us by a mechanic as a great place to get breakfast. They were busy but got us seated immediately, took care of us, and were extremely generous. As we were stuck with our car broke down. They made sure to take care of us, didn't rush us. This place is great and I highly recommend it.

I travel a lot and around MI/IN I know some good restaurants in unexpected places. Food was great, service was exceptional and they were able to seat 3 couples and children together. I'll always stop here when I'm near. Oh, it was crowded and they still were exceptionally accommodating for our crew. No disappointments here at all!

The proportions are more than ample! We took home leftovers! The owner even made himself visible spoke to all customers!

Do you like country eggs, fluffy pancakes, french toast, etc.? Then this is a must stop for you! Tasty breakfast that made us full for almost the whole day!

Absolutely the best restaurant around. Love this place and my kids favorite place to go. Its my daughter's choice everything she celebrates her birthday she chooses this restaurant for her birthday brunch.

Food is seasoned perfectly and the portions are huge! The owner is a fun guy who spoke to my coworkers and I the 1st time we ate there. Have tried many different items on the menu and so far, everything has been on point! Pictured below is a mini breakfast skillet...yes, this is a mini! It became 2 meals for me.
