Dunkin'

I did a mobile order and they were out of a few things on my order. The guy at the counter was cool about it and got substitutions for everything. They didn't have the frozen coffee thing, but he made it an iced and it was great. All in all, good experience and not the usual kind of stress that comes from doing a mobile order and ordering something that the restaurant is out of. I appreciate that.

The young gal working Was super nice and friendly. Made my order super fast! Clean!

Came in at 7:30 and they were still closed. Also, what kind of donuts place doesn't open until 7am anyway when half of the morning rush is over?

Unless Dunkin Doughnuts is a mobile business, this place doesn't exist. Don't drive there unless you want to see some older houses with cool architecture.

I bought a cappuccino and some stuff mini bagels. I basically paid 11 dollars for a cup of milk foam and just a splash of coffee and cold bread.
Honestly extremely disappointed and I'm probably going to skip dunkin from now on.
1/10 I don't recommend.

I cannot rate the food or drinks. People were walking away without ordering since the girl was so extremely slow. One guy got his donuts after a long wait and was waiting at least 10 minutes for his coffee. Hire people that are willing to work!

2 visits, 2 issues. Corporate doesn't take responsibility, they supposedly told Howe IN location to contact me. Been weeks, no communication from store. Contacted corporate yet again, no response from them. Not going to get into on here, I'd be writing for awhile. Customer service is lacking all around. Love Dunkin from where I'm from, new location opened where I'm living now. 5 miles one way - not worth it. I have a Starbucks, Biggby and Five Lakes Coffee near me. Trust me, I will be staying local where Coffee AND Service is always superior.

Worst Dunkin experience. Out of 6 things ordered 5 were wrong. I’ve called Dunkin Three times for a resolution with no response. Avoid this place!

We stopped at this rest area and I thought getting a bagel from DD was the safest option, they initially said the kitchen was closed and then they said they still can do bagels.
It was old, hard and barely had any cream cheese.

Bought a cup of coffee and basically got very diluted hot water. No flavor and aroma. Pretty useless and waste of money

this place is fake. it lead us to a place in the middle of the street.

Does not open till 10:15est? Donuts and coffee. Why?
