Happiness Is Ice Cream

One of the highlights of our camping trip. The service was fantastic, and the ice cream was even better. If you are in the area, it is worth the stop.

The highlight of our trips up North! The perfect way to start any getaway.. and a perfect middle and ending as well! She truly cares about bringing happiness to your life! We will miss her over the winter and can’t wait for spring!

All the ice cream is wonderful! The handmade waffle cones are incredible!! And aroma as you walk up during waffle cone bake day is heaven! And I haven’t even mentioned the soft serve. It is the most beautiful, perfectly served treat ever! The strawberry-vanilla twist is a personal favorite!

The name tells it all! She truly strives (and succeeds) at bringing us happiness every visit!

A great place to get some excellent ice cream. They have a really large variety of flavors, even vegan I've cream. I'll definitely be visiting often.

Ice cream was very delicious. The staff was absolutely amazing. We showed up about 10 mins past closing. The lady running the counter and the other young lady making ice cream were more than willing to take our orders, even though if we made them stay way past closing. Just because of the staff this place deserves 5 stars. Keep up the great work and everything was fresh and delicious. A great selection of ice cream flavors in both soft serve and hand dipped!

This little shop was so delicious! I love they had a walk-up window to avoid people inside the parlor during COVID and all employees were wearing masks.the lady working, I cannot remember her name, was incredibly helpful with our somewhat complex order with finding vegan options for one in our group, and was overall very friendly.

Oh man, the waffle cone! It was so good, and she said it's made in-house. It was delicious! Their soft serve was super good, and my husband has mentioned numerous times how much he enjoyed the cone and butter pecan flavor.

Also, tons of flavors listed outside, add ins, cone types, and shakes.
10/10 will return!

Took Mom on Mother's day, it was our first time there. The selection of ice cream and toppings was incredible. I got the cow and waffles, and the wife had the waffle nachos. Both were incredible. Keep up the good work we will be back soon!

Easily my favorite ice cream destination. I love the options that are available: they have little twists in their selections that are fun to try. Great friendly small town atmosphere with big city selections. And the ice cream is very good too.

This was our first visit and it was awesome! Many options to choose from including gluten free cones which are hard to find for someone with a gluten intolerance! It was inexpensive and enjoyable for my whole family! I will definitely be going back 😁

Love Love Love it! The new owners are amazing and are still giving the same quality items. The lines are a bit long but so worth it. The prices are amazing and getting ice cream for 5 is not going to break the bank which is some places it does. Love this little gem.

I have been taking my kids to happiness since they were little and they are all grown up now. I will continue to go because… ice cream! They always hire local teenagers to serve ice cream. Great place, great icecream, great service, recommended!

This is a wonderful little ice cream shop with a huge selection of flavors to satisfy practically anyone. Servings are plentiful and the ice cream is rich and creamy. Eat in and learn more of the history of the town of Howe from news clippings and town pictures. Great little shop!

Huge portions and very tasty. My daughter didn't like the superman ice cream she picked, and they replaced it. We didn't know you could ask for a small taste before committing. We'll be back! Yummy!

High quality ice cream served at a quaint store. Outside benches offer to watch small town Indiana at its finest. Great spot if you enjoy hand dipped ice cream and large servings.
