Hampton Inn Sturgis-Lagrange Area

Amazing customer service, delicious banana waffles and Greek yogurt. I love the loaded breakfast bagels. I needed special accommodations for my party in short notice and the front Desk man Jay was able to get my rooms together in a jiffy. Beds, shower, and towels we re all perfect. They have USB plugs with fast charging avaliable ! And they have a pool- I highly reccomend!!!

Rooms and hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff was super nice and helpful. One lady cooked some more of the hot items even though it was right when the breakfast time was coming to an end.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature. The coffee was excellent and always fresh. We also got the most friendly customer service. And breakfast was amazing!! My fiance and I will definitely be coming back!!

Just checked out - great location off the highway on way to Ohio. Room was musty/smokeyish but not terrible. Bed and pillows were very comfortable which outweighed the initial smell.. What gave it 5 stars for me was the breakfast. It started at 6am on a Saturday which was great, but most hotels during covid have shut down their service and this breakfast was top notch. The hot food was good, but the waffle bar was awesome with lots of topping options -chocolate chips, sprinkles, whipped cream, etc. The juice bar was also impressive with a lot of smoothie options. Also loved that they had Greek yogurt options as I'm a little more health conscious. Great breakfast!

Very nice staff. Rooms were what I expect from Hampton Inn. Continental breakfast was good.

Comfortable, clean king size bed room on the first floor to accommodate my mobility needs. Great choices on the 6-10 am complimentary breakfast. No rowdy customers.

From arrival caleb, was very professional very delightful and rooms are totally nice and immaculate. The cleaning ladies very very impressed. Thank you Hampton inn and thank you caleb! For helping with the Wi-Fi. You are very professional and it's nice after a long 5-hour drive meeting up with pleasant people. God bless keep up the good work

We drove 900 miles yesterday afternoon arrived at hotel at 1:00 PM on Wednesday earlier than normal check in and they had a room for us to rest and unwind before facing family members. The cookies were awesome also. Workers were helpful and friendly.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff members. A gentleman was constantly cleaning the floors and the kitchen staff did a wonderful job with the food. The housekeepers were so sweet and helpful. Lovely people.

I highly recommend staying here the rooms are very clean and the Breakfast buffet is nice the people are very friendly and it's nice and quiet I slept like a baby and my wife loves staying here Good parking we had no problems

This place was surprisingly nice. Very well kept and clean. The coffee/tea station was great, as was the breakfast. The price was fair for the area. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

This was a very nice place to stay and was 3 dollars less than the "Quality" inn I stayed at the night before. I'm sold on Hampton inn. From now on when I have a choice I pick Hampton inn.

I would recommend this location to anyone.. 5 stars. In the time of Covid-19 when we were on edge about our safety and sanitation they were on it. Everything was wiped down over and over while we were coming and going.. our room was emaculant and we could tell everything was throughly cleaned. Awesome job to all of the friendly staff you have!! They took care of all our needs.

Great People, Great Service. We were trap in the elevator due to no power, but the hotel staff, along with the great fire department got us out. I still would recommend staying at this hotel.
