My Dr and his nurse work so well together and there is no falling through the cracks. They stay on top of every medical need that I may have. My Dr also saved my life. I told him I was having an issue. He ordered all the tests and scans and discovered I have cancer. I am forever grateful to Dr. SCHWARZ.

Love Dr. Diehl. Have been taking my son for almost a year. He is always comfortable there and well taken care of. The Dr. gives sound advice and can calm the new baby nerves. The rest of the staff are very pleasant as well.

I have not been in to see a doctor in years, so I was a little anxious about this check up. My doctor not only treated me like a person, but he shared his own personal experiences with issues I was struggling with. I have never felt more at ease when visiting a health care professional and I breathe easy knowing that I am being taken care of.

OMG Westmoreland is THE BEST! Especially their Appt Scheduler name Deb. She was very professional, efficient and friendly. Very GREAT service. Thank you!

Great people and care!

Dr. Colgrove in pediatrics is attentive, listens well, communicates easily with children, and has a lot of availability for appointments. We have only had positive experiences.

My doc

This location feels your time isn't important, and makes appointments with no intention of keeping them. 715 lab for blood and no one is here to open the door. Finally at about 718 they open the doors and are in no hurry to do their job. Lousy business practices. Our time matters more than yours. Do better or lose money.

Disorganized and inadequate care with suprise bills. Inept.

Also, I this office uses Phreesia software to checkin for your appointment. Phresia sells your information. They intentionally mislead people to consent or otherwise claim HIPPA exceptions. Do not use it.

I arrived 15 mins early. Couldn’t find the office right away had to ask where it was. They told me it was labeled and it’s clearly not labeled. The only sign that points to where the office is on the opposite side of the building it’s in. The small sign in front of bushes with green writing is their only form of this is where the office is which makes it just blend into the bushes around it.. it’s also no where near the entrance to where you pull into the driveway. I was told their was adequate signage and then told that this happens all the time. So after being directed by one of the offices that the one I’m looking for is on the complete opposite end of this building. I had arrived at 11:10 by the time I find out it’s on the other side of the building I’m late for the appointment by 15 mins and the receptionist says we have a 15 min grace period cool I’m within time. So they tell me I have to reschedule my daughters ear infection appointment for another time. I am now at urgent care and was seen in 30 mins. Thanks for absolutely nothing but showing me that a child is just a number to you and not important. This office cares about the numbers and money their patients don’t mean anything.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Rude, unorganized staff. The receptionist that scheduled my appointment was completely awful. Upon arriving for my appointment, their credit machine would not take my HSA card. They would not let me pay online or send me a bill. I did not have alternative payment, so my appointment was canceled. After taking time off from work, driving across town, and arriving on time for an appointment that was scheduled two months prior, I'm extremely disappointed. I will not return nor do I recommend this clinic.

I was treated with a nice 25 minute wait in an empty lobby followed by 35 minute wait in the exam room. Thats over 50 min after my appt time. Squeeee. Med tech takes my Blood pressure. Dr Balsam never actually verified or bothered to confirm. Too busy i guess....I was asked about a flu shot. I said sure.....never got that shot. Probably billed me for it... The entire visit was to confirm my prescription dosage. No discussion on keeping it the same or what. I guess its the same....who knows. Booking appts with these guys takes months. Yes months. I booked a hearing appt with these guys. 3 months.....I am going to start going to the VA. At least their incompetence is understandable.

Had one of the rudest exchanges today.
I was calling to make an appointment for my littles. To start off the receptionist was short in a rude way. Giving me the feeling she was annoyed I called. Then I misheard a date and she had to repeat it projecting her annoyance with me through her voice. Then said " jeez, why dont you open your ears" not at all sarcastically. I was flaberghasted.I could not continue the phone .
