Helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great experience shopping for specialty mattress and adjustable base. The store like most had beds at the usual overall 27 to 30 inch height. For many elderly that is too high to sit down and safely be onto the bed. The store adjusted the height of base down for our appt. for the mattress test drive! Two thumbs up, and it sounds like they will be keeping a set lower for meeting more accessible accommodations!

They delivered and setup my massage chair. Both guys Sam and Jake were very friendly and worked systematically in setting up the chair. Sam made sure that everything was in working condition. Then they cleaned up all the boxes etc. before they leave. I was very impressed.

Relax the Back has a great in store selection of chairs. Heather, Brooklyn and Jimmy all worked with me to find the best chairs to meet my needs for neck and back support.It took some time for me to make a decision and they were all patient and helpful. Josh and Daniel delivered my chair, got it set up and working. I had some difficulty with the remote after they left and Daniel came straight back and fixed it.

I recently purchased a wonderful Zero Gravity chair. I can't say enough about this chair, it is wonderful, comfortable and makes me feel better. The people at the Relax The Back store in Eugene, OR were very helpful and very patient as I made my decision to purchase the chair. Great chair, great store. The people here will match you to the chair that will work for you. I am short and there are some zero gravity chairs that just would not have been good for me, they helped me find the one that fits me.

Relax The Back Eugene is such a wonderful store. We went in this past weekend to try and find a solution for the chair my husband spends most his time in. Without any idea of what to look for, it was such a breath of fresh air to have Brooklyn guide us through the best options. Not only was Brooklyn knowledgeable about what her store carries, she was also willing to consult her store associate when she was unsure. These ladies were so welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our final decisions. It's hard to walk into this store without looking at everything they have to offer, so it was nice to feel like our happiness was the most important thing on Brooklyn's mind. She walked us through back supports, beds and chairs without feeling like we were being rushed. Ultimately this is why when ever we are looking to improve the quality of our lives we always think about Relax The Back Eugene. Thank you for always having our back!

Best chair I ever owned. Replaced an over stuffed recliner. This is the chair for those of you with a back problem.
Would buy again in a heart beat.

Bought a Zero-gravity recliner which was delivered this week. I won't lie--it was stunningly expensive. It is also the first chair I've sat in in the past year that actually was comfortable enough to spend time in. Josh and Daniel delivered it exactly on time, and did a great job. Love the chair, love the service in the store and during the delivery.

I have been a customer and fan of Relax the Back for about 20 years. I used to drive all the way to Portland until the local store opened. I have purchased several chairs and other products over the years. As someone who has suffered from chronic back problems for over 20 years, there is no other place that has the chairs to keep me comfortable! Love the products and the service!

Purchased a recliner and have later gone in for advice about how to achieve comfort. The staff, particularly Jimmy Stewart, always took more than adequate time to find a solution. I've always felt their interest.

Great staff, well knowledged and friendly. Specialized products only found in these stores. Relieved all back pain after surgery with a custom fit mattress, recliner, and office chair. Couldn't be happier.

Just the BEST store in the whole region for ergonomic chairs, massage chairs, seat support cushions, anti-gravity chairs, etc. You can try out before you buy to make sure you get the right product for your issue and all of the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

The staff was awesome and know what they are doing for sure. I have hip problems and needed a legit chair. It's spendy but totally worth it. I'll definitely be back.

I bought 2 office chairs ( 4 task chairs ) and my wife and I could'nt be more pleased . The staff at the storelet us try a number of chairs and we were most comfortable in these.
