Friendliest couple. Had problems opening my rolling door and Mike made sure it was fixed properly. Place is always spotless and probably the cleanest port-a-pottie in town. I appreciate the coded gate that I can enter at 6am till 10pm. I've never had any problems there.

These people who operate this facility are top notch. They treat you like family. Lots of respect. This is by far the place to get a great deal on a Springfield storage. My experience as a renter was perfect. I will be using Stor-N-Lok for my further storage needs.

Awesome place to store my travel trailer. Well maintained, no issues with theft as the managers live on site. It was a pleasure working with them.

I needed a storage unit to keep my friend's stuff safe while she was in the middle of living situations. Thankfully we only needed the storage unit for a few weeks, but even if we needed to keep things stowed away here longer, we would have trusted it all to be safe here. Their security is great and the prices are VERY reasonable. The people who run the place are very sweet as well. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, it would be well worth the travel to make sure my stuff is safe if I ever do need a storage unit again.

Very nice office folks, property is well maintained and kept clean. Never had an issue with insects or mice. Rental fees are reasonable.
