I was taken care of without any delay. The staff and cashier were attentive and very friendly! Earlene is a fantastic cashier! I'd definitely go back to the store in Michigan City, IN

If you visit the store hopefully you are lucky enough to get Earlene as your cashier! She is one of the few remaining that takes pride in their job. And she's sweet as pie.

Kohls has the charm that these old Marquette Mall department stores had before we got trended towards the big box stores, which just do not have that feel. Kohls reminds me of Macy's in Chicago, too, on a smaller scale. It's just very nice to shop at! It kind of has an upscale vibe, and it's just a pretty place with great merchandise!

A bonus- quick and easy Amazon returns can be made there! That's a super convenience!

Always greeted by this employee whose name I believe is Erline. She is so sweet. I usually can find what I need at Kohls.

Had to run in quick to look for a pair of shoes for my daughter. Luckily they had them in stock and they were on sale! Got in and out super fast! Forgot to add... I can live in their bathroom. Everytime I visit the bathroom, it is so clean and smells so nice in there! I greatly appreciate that Kohl's!
