They had a lovely yarn selection and everyone was very friendly. Latia was so amazing and patient with us during checkout. I didn't even know there was an app, but she made sure we got our coupons all sorted! It was a pretty great experience today. I can't wait to cone back for another project.

I could get lost in here. I obviously did this morning. Lost my local store several years ago. Even more to look at now. Dorothy checked me out. She had several suggestions for crafts for my grandchildren. Nice, friendly lady with an infectious smile. Store was well organized, clean and well lit. Positive experience.

I love this craft store!!! I did have to return the order that I ordered online, only because it was the wrong type of fabric. The worker's there couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back in the near future! The baby blanket I made turned out fantastic!!!

I worked for JoAnns & I am still addicted to the place. I bought a Wreathe and was standing in line and found the Ears(Headband)...everything but the Bells Ornaments (Walmart) came from there. And if Course when I had all my Ribbons laid out I asked my friend Loretta what Ribbon...she said "SANTA" because he was his REINDEER! Meet "RUDOLPH" Merry CHRISTmas Y'all!

Found great deals as usual. Stock is low as a result. But store is clean and tidy

Everything was very neat and clean and the staff was nice. I was really happy to see they offered tap to pay at check out (not all craft stores do). The guy at check out was smiley even behind the mask. I hope the staff is getting to choose if they wear masks or not, I miss seeing their smiles.

We met the nicest people here! The cashier, who was very busy, even took a minute to ask us if we knew how to sew the type of material we purchased. Everyone was genuinely interested in making sure our project turns out great.

Been here twice in two weeks. Very nice lady doing curbside pick up. She was very patient and help me with my problem with my curbside order. She also was the young lady that cashed me out and helped retrieve my coupons from my app on my second trip there. Also the fabric cutting ladies are very knowledgeable and patient. Every staff there has a smile and seem to be eager to help. Love this place this will definitely be my craft store.

The best place to save on your professional, skilled or novice craft and hobby projects. Although selections in-store are limited compared to some other craft 'brick- and-mortar' stores their coupons(on-line and in-store) savings can't be matched. The staff members are always polite and very friendly.

Purchased upholstery fabric, they didn't have enough, so they contacted their store in Merrillville who had it. I purchased fabric from both stores. Had a 40% discount on one, and 50% off the other. The staff was extremely helpful at both locations. I would definitely go back.

I'm just learning how to sew and I came in for a few project materials and Vanessa was so awesome and helpful and gave me pointers and was just an absolute doll! I'm so hyped to start my projects now❤

Love this store they have everything michaels n hobby lobby don’t and they have an awesome button selection!! Tons of Cricut products, unique sewing things like cosplay and gems,and one of a kind fabrics.

Great selection of crafting items. It is rare to go there and not find what I need. They also have a wonderful selection during any holiday of household decoratactions. I always get compliments.

There is never enough staff in craft stores in general. This one is no exception. They always have everything I need/want it just takes extra time to find it without assistance.

I went in for a yard of fabric... The lady did her job well but she was crass. I decided to remain quiet while ahe yelled at me to talk directly to her because she can't hear with masks & music of store. Hopefully more people can justbe calm right now & not take ur stress out on others.
