Chrystie has saved my body from itself, plain and simple. I am an insulin-dependent diabetic with chronic back pain due to years of asphalt "running". I could not walk three blocks without pain! With her in depth knowledge of my stressors, and small, incremental changes, I have been painfree on 5 mile hikes at Silver Falls. I thought I would never be well again, and she created a program I could follow and encouraged limits until I no longer needed them. The staff is incredibly helpful and I have been able to reschedule, use machines between appointments and feel like I have a team of people active in my health. I highly recommend Chrystie and her crew if you want to be active, happy and hopeful in your body you have right now.
