We just went today and picked some blueberries. We were still able to pick a whole pint and there are still more to be picked and tons that will be ripe in a few days. You just have to walk up and down the rows and look. Also got some sweet corn for dinner tonight. 😊

I worked on my uncle's farm when I was younger and I can vouch for home grown goods you'll find here. The selection depends entirely on how good our weather was to us in Spring, so please keep that in mind. My cousin Ginger and uncle Gary pour their heart and soul into maintaining the farm and giving their customers a opportunity to enjoy fresh produces, some of which were buried and nurtured by hand. Don't even get me started on how delicious the eggs are when they're available. Those chickens and ducks are free range and their eggs paired with some fried green tomatoes pair for a delicious brunch. Our local farmers deserve all the love and support possible.

Definitely go towards that beginning of the season because we went on July 21 and the bushes are definitely picked pretty bare. Compared to how it was in years past when we have gone in the beginning of the season and the bushes are completely loaded.

I was looking for somewhere to pic pumpkins and that my daughter could see some animals that wasn’t mobbed with people. This was an awesome place to visit. The lady was super friendly and had an array of u-pick options. I walked out with 2 huge pumpkins a bunch of heirloom tomatoes cucumbers fresh broccoli Pears and some eggs all for $22. Everything is organic and everything tasted delicious! I would highly suggest checking this little quaint place out before having to pay admission fee at some overrated orchard! Definitely be checking this place out again soon.

I wanted to visit a farm near to our Chicago south surbs location that felt authentic and would be a safe outdoor pandemic activity for U-pick pumpkins. This farm totally delivered! Neither me, my husband nor 6 year old son had ever picked a pumpkin off a vine. Last year, we went to an outdoor fall farm venue that had a pumpkin patch - didn't grow the pumpkins, but let the kids pick small ones and other fall activities. This year, we weren't into the idea of kids activities because of COVID, nor the crowds. But also we really appreciate productive farms, including my son who loves learning about how things grow. This farm was so cute, the pumpkins were beautiful and we had so many to choose from - all sizes, growing on the vine. They grow blueberries, corn and asparagus earlier in the season. On this visit, they were selling pumpkins, tomatoes, squash (all varieties), zucchini, onions, peppers, cantaloupe. They also had chickens and potbelly pigs. It was a wonderful experience for all us, we will be back! Ginger (owner?) was also very personable and helpful.

Nice, warm, gracious. And friendly. Down home place. Well worth a visit for fresh eggs. Or a stroll threw a blueberry grove. To buy a Bush of your very own. A A +. Thank you,. I Will be back again. Robert

The owner is very friendly. The prices on produce (pesticide free) are very reasonable. Blueberry picking is always a lot of fun. $18 for a bucket.
They also have pumpkin picking and corn in the fall.
Cash only.

Best place for local produce, especially home canned butter pickle and wonderful blueberries. There is a wide variety of great tasting veggies. You need not bring your own pail for the berries, as there are some in the barn.
