Right away, you could tell that customer service is a top priority. They knew we were coming and had the car ready to go. The car was in excellent shape, and they shared the car history and the work they'd done in the shop. That is a game changer for me. It's one thing to talk about all the work you've done in the shop, and another to show it. I wouldn't have any fears about buying a used car here. It's been my experience that many dealerships don't have this level of care with their used vehicles.

The sales guys were perfectly fine with a longer test drive, since I was trying to replicate the roads where I live. The managers were friendly as well and tried to keep the process moving along after we decided on the car.

The finance person was very personable and didn't push services and warranties other than offering what she felt fit the vehicle.

The car was presented detailed and spotless for our trip home. Exactly as I would have wanted.

From purchasing the car to receiving it almost 1000 miles away, BMW of Eugene's efficiency was astounding. Despite buying the car sight unseen Garry reassured my confidence in the purchase. Garry's professionalism and expertise, along with the support of Jacob, Ann, James, and Linda, made the entire process seamless. The car arrived in perfect condition, just as described. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and the shipping process was hassle-free. From start to finish, it took just 3 days—a super-speed experience! I highly recommend BMW of Eugene and their exceptional team for anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

Overall the experience I had with the sales team, Josh in particular, was great! The only thing I wished would have happened is for the used EV I purchased to have been fully charged as I had a 2 hr drive to get back to Portland. I know there was probably a lot going on there, and it was a simple oversight (Josh did apologize) but it would have put the finishing touches on an overall great experience. I would recommend this dealer to others.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this dealer blew me away with the level of service I received! I worked with Jacob and Luby on the purchase of my beautiful Audi R8. I’m out of state so it’s very important to me to work with a dealer that can ensure safety and transparency and they went above and beyond! Not only is this a very professional dealer but they are also a lot of fun to work with! No need to haggle on price because they are very fair and reasonable. Cant wait to get my next car with them!

I recently purchased a gently used Lexus from the most amazing and personable team I’ve ever dealt with when buying a car. Jordan understood my needs and respected my choices as I was there to buy a specific car. Although this is a BMW dealership they had the exact car I had been searching for in my Lexus RX350. Theresa was so sweet and amazing to me in finance. They both went above and beyond for me and my needs. They truly treat you like family at BMW of Eugene.

Excellent sales team helped me purchase a new-to-me x4! Sales experienced was smooth without being pushy, they treated me with respect and worked to meet my needs! All the employees seemed like genuine enthusiasts with a strong knowledge of their products. Would recommend and will return when I’m readying for another Beamer.

I came in looking for a car with a smaller budget and everyone did their best to make sure we could make something work. they were all very genuine, and honest. my mom, boyfriend and I where helped by Jordan, Jim and Jacob. they where all very very helpful and kind.

My experience was fantastic, the staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was chill. They were not pushy and worked with me to complete financing. I bought a used car but they still went above and beyond to check it over and fix any issues it had before I left. Since I don’t live in the area they even offered to drop it off for me after the repairs were complete. Very satisfied with my time here. Austin is the man!

First off, What an experience. These guys know what they're talking about and are proud to show it. Extremely knowledgeable techs and something I've never seen before, knowledgeable salesmen. Everyone is friendly from the salesman to the finance handlers.

Now for the story...
I went in for a used 2015 335i they had up for an amazing price and lower miles than my old one had. It had turned out that the car was sold a few days prior, the website just hasn't updated quite yet. I didn't see anything in the lot quite like that car but it had only been the first bmw Id owned.
The salesman (I believe his name was Nick) walked me around the lot to see if there was anything that caught my eye. There was absolutely no pressure from him to buy anything. We ended up over by the hellcat they had. We just started having a conversation about it even though we both knew I couldn't afford it. I saw a newer 2020 330ix nearby and started asking questions about it. He knew everything I was asking and answered accordingly. He let me get in the car and take a close look at everything even before knowing if Id be able to afford the car. It had a tag a little above what I was looking for, but I decided to go for it. Initially payments were going to be pretty hefty, but the finance lady I talked to was able to get in touch with one of my old banks that had helped me in the past. Payments dropped and I was able to walk out of there with an (almost) brand new bmw.

About a week later I had some issues with part of the mechanical grill (they open and shut to heat up and cool down the car depending on the outside temp and coolant temp of the car). It turned out that some of the trucks I had been driving behind were dropping wood chips and they got lodged in the grill. Even though there was nothing wrong with the grill, they replaced it anyways at no cost to me.

So from the sales team to the mechanical department, everyone is willing to help, everyone is friendly. I think the MOST important part of this experience is the fact that not a single person here judged me based off of my age or appearance. I'm young and look like a new mechanic at a shop. Had my snap on gear on and everything. Nobody doubted my ability to afford anything. Nobody talked down to me because of my age. I felt respected and accepted. While I was waiting for the finance department to write up my contract they even started up their 128k V8 M sport they had in the lobby just because I was curious about how it sounded.

Great experience, great people and I'll definitely be returning in the future. Thank you BMW of Eugene!!

I just purchased my second BMW from BMW of Eugene and had a wonderful experience both times. For my most recent purchase of a new BMW X4, Austin was fantastic explaining all the options and capabilities. The financing process was very smooth and everyone we interacted with at the dealership made my sister and me very welcome and made sure we were taken care of. I look forward to driving my new X4 for many years and will be trusting BMW of Eugene for all the maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

Buying cars is never fun. I always feel like the sales guy is pushy. We went to BMW of Eugene a few years back and had a pleasant experience so when it was time to trade in we went back. The sales manager Ryan made everything smooth and easy. Luby walked me through all the settings and set up all the features on my phone and car. Happy we chose to come back it’s always a pleasure working with BMW of Eugene.

We love working with Mike. He answers all our questions and what he's not sure of he looks into and gets back quickly. Every time there has been additional thinks come up we are informed right away. He'll have plenty of information so we can make an informed decision. The best service advisor I've ever worked with.

The words “wonderful experience at a car dealership,” have never been uttered until now. What an incredible crew of people at BMW Eugene. Heading to a luxury car dealership wasn’t on my radar but they had such an incredible selection of used cars I figured I’d give them a try. My buying experience was quick, easy and seamless. They worked within my budget and found me the perfect car for me and my kiddos. Isaiah and Mitch were so knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the buying process. All I had to do was sip coffee and eat snacks. The GM Jacob even helped me get an even better deal. Teresa in financing made me feel so comfortable and confident on my deal and so personable. They work as a team here. When I came to pick up my car Matt made sure my car was detailed and tank filled.
