Downtown Mini-Storage

I've been storing with these folks for just over a year now and they're fantastic! I rent in the climate controlled area and am on foot most of the time so I often have a chance to interact with Trish and Nancy, the gals in the front office. They're both friendly and professional and most if all, my stuff is safe and secure here.

Secure storage. Clean and well maintained. The folks in the office are honest and friendly. I'm a returning customer and I give a 5 star review.

Convenient location, unit is clean and facility is well maintained. Lady in the office is always very downtown earth and friendly with me. Fair rate for being so close to downtown too! One warning is that the contract does say no smoking but that includes in your personal vehicle on the property AT ALL and this rule is strictly enforced. So even windows up in your car don't smoke on the property. Easy rule, but be aware of that detail!

The prices here are great and the manager and others working here are so friendly and helpful.

We have used Downtown Mini storage on a couple of different occasions over the last 15 years. Both time we have found the people friendly and helpful, and the faculty well cared for. We have used both an outside unit and currently an RV site. Staff has been responsive to questions and concerns.

This storage is the best in town, easy to get in and out.. great location, good pricing, it’s clean they have huge trash containers to use when decluttering your unit. I 100% recommend this place.

Have had the same indoor unit for many years. The facility itself is a little tattered but my stuff has been dry and secure. Love love lovethe drive up indoor a accessfor loading and unloading out of the rain. Lighting could use a little tlc and it goes through phases of generally being more or less clean and organized feeling, so could be 4 stars, but if you don’t except the Ritz Carlton of storage you should be fine. It’s conveniently downtown-ish,and the office staff is generally capable and polite. The main woman is awesome. I feel badly I can’t recall her name after all these years!

Best storage place! I have used them multiple times between houses and most of my family members have units here as well. Nancy and Ryan give exceptional customer service and always make you feel welcome. I recommend them for sure 😁

A good place to rent only issue I've had so far is the fact of only being able to access my unit between 9.a.m. till 6 p.m. witch in my opinion is not sufficient time

A huge bonus: Indoor heated units are available. You can even pull your car in and park indoors right outside of your unit.

This is a great storage facility. The people are super friendly and helpful. The units are clean and well maintained.

I could't ask for a better storage situation. Close to downtown, accessible from 7am to 7pm daily, friendly & helpful staff, a port-a-potty & trash dumpsters on site. Highly recommended!
