Thank you for the fresh fried chicken. I have eaten many, but yesterday, Oct. 9th' one was especially fresh. Delicious!

This is a shout out to Lauren! I called from Portland looking for a corporate number to get pharmaceutical records. Google gave me this number but it wasn’t corporate yet LAUREN took the time to help me with my request! She was extremely helpful and in today’s world I didn’t expect it! They are slammed but she took her time out to give me the information I needed and I just wanted to say thank you and what great customer service!

I would give this store 5 stars if they offered a way for the pharmacy to bring prescriptions out to the car, especially if all you have is a prescription and you're disabled.

Unfortunately, they have the spots to park for food delivery to cars located right where a disabled person would park to be closest to the doors where the pharmacy is located at.

I have called on numerous occasions to request the prescription to be brought to my car, especially since I have ID to prove who I am. I am a liver transplant patient so my immune system is already compromised and I am still recovering, finding it hard to walk or stand. So if there is no electric cart available, I'm literally unable to wait for my prescription then.

Even Rite Aid, who has no real designated spots for cars to receive items, I am able to call and request for someone to run the prescription out to me, and they do it.

I would request this and other in-store pharmacies to consider this as an option for those of us that truly find even every day shopping a monumental feat. I have resorted now to getting deliveries to my home due to my health restrictions.

Prices are good great staff!

There is always a long line for the Pharmacy the employees are helpful and there's usually enough of them they usually have good produce fresh and fairly priced the selection overall is pretty good a lot of homeless people around beggars begging and basically doing nefarious things so make sure to lock up your car but overall it's a good store with good products at decent prices long lines at the pharmacy but the pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful I do recommend

Very long wait times, even though no lines. Employees can get very rude and put in no effort to be kind

I recently arrived on-time for my scheduled COVID vaccination appointment and encountered a stunningly unhelpful employee. I eventually left with no shot, no resolution, and absolutely no help offered.

Below follows a summary of the experience...

Tl;dr: if you work in a service role, it is your duty to 1) do whatever you can reasonably do to fulfill the service your employer offers or 2) explain in convincing and reasoned terms why that's not possible... If you're not capable of both, you need more training or a different role. *It's that simple.*

Me: "Hello! I have an appointment for a COVID vaccination."

Employee: "Oh, we don't have any appointments for the rest of the day."

Me: "Oh, I scheduled it online several days ago. Did it get cancelled?"

Employee: "I don't know but I don't have any appointments."

Me: "Hmmm, OK. But I have my confirmation email, would you like to see it?"

Employee: *blank, wordless stare at computer*

Me: *pulls up confirmation email* "I guess I'm just confused because this email from your system tells me that I do have an appointment scheduled?"

Employee: "Well, it's not on my computer."

Me: "OK, but I have the confirmation, so?" *confused look*

Employee: *blank stare, indicating zero interest whatsoever in trying to fulfill the service or resolve the situation*

Me: "Well, I'm here, can we just do the vaccine?"

Employee: *blank stare*

Me: *stands speechless for a few seconds*

Employee: *continues to stare back blankly*

Me: "OK, well it's clear that you're not interested in sorting this out, so I will make other arrangements, cheers!"

Me: *leaves*

They fill things pretty quickly. But please for the love of all that is Holy, take the gray haired woman off the register. Since she started in that position, the line takes at LEAST one hour to get through. I am not exaggeration. An hour or more. She is incredibly nice, very kind. But at the pace the line moves with her, I have had to leave the store and come back THREE days in a row because it’s taking SO LONG. please. Find her another job.

On another note I am going to change pharmacies because of this !! :)

At Albertson's, a rack of ribs is 12 ribs. What they call a half rack of ribs is 4 ribs at half the cost of a rack. Half of twelve is six - not four. Four is a third rack of ribs - not a half rack. Calling it half is just lying to induce people to buy less at a higher cost under a false pretense. What else can you call it?

If you want to apply economies of scale in your pricing, by charging more per unit when buying less, that's perfectly fine. But words have meanings. A third is not a half. And a lie is a lie. And a hungry man who didn't get the barbecue he paid for because you lied to him about the number of ribs he was buying . . . is liable to leave a negative review. That's just basics arithmetic.

Please don’t use this pharmacy. They never answer the phones, they magically don’t get half the prescriptions they’re sent, the staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met, and getting my prescriptions transferred from them to another was impossible since they also magically just never got those 4 different faxes sent over 3 weeks. Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.

Zero stars possible? Been getting meds here for over 3 years. 9/10. It's ALWAYS something when it has to do with my script. I have gotten better customer service helping a friend, who has better insurance than I, umm?? (Ya, I momentarally felt less than) They once told me my insurance doesn't pay for name brand, when in fact it does. Then and now. Good luck.

Called twice to speak to a Pharmacy staff person and they disconnect the call.
