Great staff and technicians. Lots of doctors to refer to.

Dr. Maalouf and his care team didn’t even review my chart and knew nothing about why I was there or my medical history. Pretty alarming when you are referred for a cardiac event. He was condescending, argumentative and unreasonable. He would not listen to me about my symptoms and did not seem to have any compassion. Neither did the entire care team there. At least 3 other physicians standing around and the building is so small you could hear them talking about the patients. I had to direct the care I needed. They didn’t know my allergies, why I was there, who referred me, what medications I was on, didn’t review any of my lab results and ordered repeat labs that were completed at the emergency department just days prior. I was directly referred by the emergency department across the parking lot. 😳

I have not been happy with my association with this clinic. The one exception to my unhappiness was Masen, the Nurse Practioner. I feel that she cared about the patients and was very professional.
