Super clean! Food is always hot and fresh! Hands down the best staff! Kind and Courteous

They easily resolved problems and told us a better deal to save us money as well as making us fresh fries for the wait (3 minute wait) super friendly service! Shout out to the older man working the drive thru!!

Thank you for the food you gave healthcare workers during covid 19, it was greatly appreciated. I ate more McDonald's during covid, because it was one of the few places that was open. It was really good, best community restaurant around.

It might just be a McDonald's, but it's the best one in Eugene.

This place has improved much. The food is tasty served hot most of the time (i would say A quality for fast food). Order accuracy is pretty good but sometimes mistakes happen as a with any place. The employees are great, and they are always happy to help. They are always in a good mood and very chatty. I stop often after biking to get fries and a frap, and these guys already know me and me special requests. A place that treats its employees well, also treatc customers the same. Much better than used to be, a good stop for a quick meal !

Nice McDonald's,clean good atmosphere. We ordered sat down and I went up to register asked to get a water they said it would cost 50 cents for a cup that was a surprise.

The update looks great, the coupon app has amazing unreal deals. This place is clean and very high end for fast food, hopefully raising the bar for other fast food joints. This McDonald's in particular excels in its multi window, and advanced atmosphere.

Salty but it's fries ..bacon and cheese so what do you expect. Free coupon also

I love McDonald's!! The prices are very affordable. Now u can go in order by yourself pay and your number comes up n go. Fairly fast. I don't know why but every person is always happy and smiley!! Love it here!! Fillet o fish 2 for 5 right now!!

Good as Usual & Expected! Drive Up is Busy all the time and can be Slow; Though now I believe all McD's Claim to Cook to Order to ensure Hot & Fresh Food, So the delay may be already expected!!

They have a good staff there that give good service. Fast food but not thrown carelessly together like some places, they really do their best. Lobby and bathrooms are clean. There's handicapped parking and building and bathrooms are handicapped available.

What can I say? It's your average McDonald's chain location. It's open late and in a convenient location, but the entrance and exit can be kind of annoying to get in and out of during peak traffic hours. Other that that, it's your typical McDonald's and you get exactly what you expect.

Good service, clean. Staff is always swamped but does its best. Please be more kind to fast food workers they are doing their best with short staff.

McDonald's been making me smile since 4 years old. I have been praising the name my whole life. Even worked for McDonald's 12 years out of 26 working years of my life.

It was clear by the time I had entered the establishment I was going to be cared for and respected by the employees. Never would I have expected to be satisfied the way I was by my 100% non-frozen beef quarter pounder with cheese. This mcdonalds truly exemplifies the "I'm loving it" message we have all learned to love. If you choose to partake in such an experience, you will not regret it. I know I didn't.
