These guys were great! they got me in quickly, very nice on the phone and when the first deck I went with was not working well with my steering wheel buttons they got me all changed out with a deck that would. Super happy with the Stereo Store!

I've had a great experience with The Stereo Store. David is great. He listens to what you're looking for and helps fill in the blanks with his knowledge and experience. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything at all. I appreciate that aspect a lot.

Additionally, the subwoofer setup I ordered hadn't come in when the rest of the equipment came in. David and Allen loaned out a setup for me until mine came in. I was able to get on the road bumping right away. That's super great. David is excited bout car audio. I love it. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for audio help.

I have used "The Stereo Store" for about a decade... I have had them install ham radios, stereos, dash cams, and radar detector power in my Tahoe.. In all these years not a single problem has occurred. I am now selling the Tahoe, and today I had them remove all the cables, wires, and stereos from the Tahoe, putting in a less expensive stereo, and putting the Tahoe back close to stock. It is now ready for sale...

I had not realized just how much cabling, (power, microphone, audio, control, etc.), they had installed in my rig, all without a single return visit for something they had forgotten.

They de-installed everything, and the Tahoe still works, and the new stereo works with the amp they installed a few years ago... So I am a very happy customer of theirs... I will be using them to install new things in my new Buick!

We had a great experience at The Stereo Store. The owner is very helpful, informative and not pushy, at all. They installed a stereo quickly and neatly. We highly recommend The Stereo Store.

I stopped in. They got my hole system working in about 10 minutes, didn't even charge me. Highly highly recommend the stereo store west 7th eugene oregon.

I breezed in on a Saturday in a rush looking to upgrade the stock system in my new to me truck and add some bass to it.
David quickly showed me some great options with no pressure to buy and had a wealth of knowledge.
After deciding to go for it a few days later they quickly got me in, only problem was the subwoofer I wanted was gonna take awhile to ship so they lent me one of theirs so I’d have a complete system. I thought that was pretty cool and going above and beyond to make me happy.
This morning I came in to drop off my truck at 9am after getting the call yesterday that my sub came in. They were going to squeeze me in their already busy day and I was going to be without my truck till noon at least.
David saw me texting for a ride and told me to hang on a sec, saying I don’t want you to have to come back to pick it up.
He jumped in my truck and swapped out the borrowed for the new in minutes because he knows what he’s doing, we then listened to it he made some tweaks and I was free to go about my day bumping around town with a big smile. The system sounds perfect, exactly what I wanted it to sound like.
These days it’s hard to find great customer service and people who know what their doing and take pride in their work.
The guys at the stereo store are all about great customer service and doing business with them is a pleasure.

What wonderful customer service. I came in with a lower end radio not working that was a few months out of warranty. The guys assessed the equipment, determined it was faulty, and swapped it out at no cost the next day. On top of that, they apologized for the inconvenience. The customer service is impeccable. The guys at the Stereo Store really do care about their customers first and stand behind every product that they sell even if they are in the economy price of the cost spectrum. Thanks guys.

I can confidently say this is the best stereo store in town I’ve been a long time customer an every job the guys have done for me have been great I can tell them what I want and they get it done perfectly and they do other stuff besides stereos to which is also good the customer service is amazing they go above and beyond to help you I feel like I have another family with them and they never disappoint and I refer everyone to them and I will forever be a customer as long as I can hear Plus the store always smells amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Allen and his employees. I’d like to say I’m not one of those ppl that nitpick everything and have 1 million questions… but I am lol. I’ve never had a bad experience or been turned away for any issues.

I purchased a new pioneer head unit for my 2007 GMC sierra and the back up camera was glitching after a couple of months when It got cold outside. I took it back in there and they fix it. No questions asked and did it in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend their professionalism and attention to detail.

I went in to get options to upgrade my stock system in my new '22 Tacoma. It was really a pleasurable experience all the way around, I told the staff what I wanted and they listened to me and gave me the best option at a great price point. I brought my truck in at the designated time and the they installed all the equipment (not to mention it was all in stock)! I asked for no holes to be drilled into the truck and they were able to get all the equipment installed neatly and professionally without any holes. I was also pleasantly surprised how clean both the show floor and shop were- shows they take pride in what they do. I am very picky about wire management and the overall end result of stuff getting installed on my truck, I can honestly say I would take my truck back to this company any day. I have had the equipment installed for a couple months now and after tweaking the sound to match the new speakers and sub and sub amplifier... I am super happy all the way around... I would recommend The Stereo Store any day!

I asked these guys for a subwoofer and new head unit in my new-to-me, 2012 Subaru Forester. Couldn’t be happier. I didn’t need anything too powerful and the 8 inch subwoofer works perfectly. Quick install, friendly shop, Highly recommend!!
