MB Eugene is the best. Always courteous and top notch service. My service manager is always thorough with covering my service needs and keeps me updated on the progress. My car always comes back clean and spotless. My family and I have been a loyal Mercedes family for years and I wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere for our future automotive needs. Mostly in part to the people that work there and also for the amazing automobile that Mercedes is.

Excellent service. I took my RV in for its annual service. Jason and the crew discovered an issue that was unaware of, although the issue was not one that would hinder the mechanical operation of the vehicle they took the time to discuss it and fix the problem. If you own a Sprinter RV or a Mercedes automobile I highly recommend the service department at Mercedes Bend of Eugene.

I recently had a ruptured tire and Eugene Mercedes Benz welcomed me with warm smiles and superior efficient service. They are excellent communicators of the problem and already had a game plan before I could even say a word. Their kind comprehensive welcoming approach for my car is beyond exemplary care.

Mercedes Benz in Eugene is hands down the best!!! Ralph Parshall is amazing!!!! I had a Flat tire on a Friday evening and when I called for help, Matt sent someone out to me in less than 15 minutes with a loaner. I took my campervan to Mercedes-Benz of Eugene for routine maintenance, and when a bigger issue was discovered the entire team took excellent care of me. Since I live in the van part-time, I was particularly grateful for Shawn's patience and support talking me through all my options and helping me navigate insurance. I received prompt communication, complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station, and just all around exceptional service. I live mostly up in the Portland area, but I would travel down to Eugene in a heartbeat to work with this team for any maintenance in the future.

My very first experience with any Dealer ever after 45 years of driving and I was basically overwhelmed with the friendly professionalism from each and every person that I had come in contact with during my visits. My car was in the shop for two weeks and car loaners and almost daily updates were available. The delays were due to an unprecedented issue with the diesel fuel tank that was being looked at in Germany and in the United States.
