TJ is awesome. Out of all the managers to oversee the place, he's the best, very pally, and nice.

Stored with Big Y in the smallest space for 18 months. Paid ahead a year, then paid another year when we didn't end up moving back to Eugene. Now we have cleared everything out, and it's all dry, no mold, no damage at all! And we received a prompt refund via check for the months we paid ahead but are not storing! Great customer service, gates and facilities easy to use, good experience overall. Highly recommend!

I searched around for a LOT of storage units before choosing Big Y. I was pleased to say that my stuff stayed dry, no mold, locked up tight. They charge a reasonable price, and the best part is that they have pretty good hours to access your things. The manager was friendly and communicated clearly, and the gate system was secure and easy to use. Thank you, Big Y!

Friendly, competitive prices. Clean facility, super secure. I especially appreciated how the attendant was able to set up all the features (like autopay) on my contract so I didn’t have to figure it out online.
