Very nice couple that run and manage everything. They have a very clean and nice rooms. No complaints. Especially during our ice storm.

OK so wow! Service was friendly, polite helpful. My room was a little small, obviously worn, but clean. And I mean no dust on the top edge of the mirror or windowsills clean. For the price, totally impressed. Got a smoking room, and it didn't smell like 100 old men had been chain smoking in it for years.
Genuinely impressed.

Update: After multiple stays, still super happy with this place . For the price and the service you can't beat it.

This is a family runned motel. They live on site and are extremely polite and accommodating. I have been staying here off and on for quite sometime and have not had a problem. Recently remoldeled with a variety of room sizes.Also extremely affordable and close to downtown and convenient stores
I could go on but I'll just say you won't regret your stay.

The rooms were really nice. No bugs. It was clean enough for me to feel comfortable to have my 2yr old there. The only thing i didn't like was how expensive it was.

This place is awesome... I tried looking for a room cuz my daughters graduation but all the Hotels were busy and Expensier than #RegacyInn it was exelent price and they let me stayed the days I wanted at an incredible price. Thank and the rooms are very nice and they clean them everyday... Next time I come to #Springfield #Oregon I'll come to stay here again.

I moved here from Sarasota FL. Finally a Place with comfortable beds clean sheets Staff is wonderful and rooms are great cold air hot showers or big tub to soak in. Would go back there anytime. Plus reasonable weekly rates.

Excellence on a budget. Exceptionally clean room, big tv, nicely appointed bathroom, and onsite owners who really want you to be comfortable. I will definitely return!

Nice clean rooms, and the lady who runs the place is extremely friendly. I keep coming back because it is a quiet motel. Not any traffic.
