Great value. Older hotel with clean rooms and modernized furniture, decore and fixtures. Very friendly staff and quiet guests/location. Nearby food etc. Deposit was unusually large, but was returned without issues. Convenient location from Amtrak. Would definitely return.

Very nice little hotel only 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Bathroom was nice and the room had a lapdesk perfect for using a laptop in bed or on the sofa. Friendly staff and very affordable rates.

One of if not the cheapest in town, even so the rooms have always been clean. I have stayed at Courtesy Inn probably at least 10 different times, never had a complaint. Staff is helpful and friendly. Not sure if there is room service, but I never order it anyway. It is close to the rougher parts of town, but other than that it's a good, mostly quiet place to stay the night.

Clean, good sized room, comfy bed, large fridge. Easy location for getting back on the highway, and there's a pizza joint a couple blocks away where you can get dinner and a beer.

We were worried after having such a bad experience at another hotel. My teens really didn't want another trip down to Eugene. BUT... This Inn was worth it. Quiet. Quaint. Cottage feel. Easy check in and out. Fee wifi, coffee. Very soft beds with fluffy pillows. We all agreed that next trip down we'll stay here again.

This motel is very nicely located and has excellent security and lighting outside. Also one of the best prices in town.

In town on business - Great place to stay on a budget. It is right next to a busy road, but the noise isn't too bad. Clean rooms, great service, cold a/c (SO nice for these HOT summer days). They even have a continental breakfast, though my work had me leaving too early to grab some.

It's within walking distance of fast food, coffee, food trucks, bars, a dispensary, tobacco stores, convenience stores, and the Amtrak. So it's really a great location. I definitely recommend staying here.

I stay here whenever I visit my son who attends college in town. It has never ceased to amaze whether it's available when there's nothing left and service when you need something.

Stayed one night. Appears to be older motel that has been updated. Nice bath fixtures, comfy bed. The wood paneling makes the room seem dark, or cozy if you prefer to think of it that way. The AC worked fantastic, good fridge. Flat screen TV, though can't comment on channels since we didn't use it. The clerk kindly let me grab some juice, fruit and pastries from the breakfast room that night since we had to check out and be on the road before breakfast hours the next day. Really appreciated that!

This was a great choice in accommodations. Growing up in the area I had always seen this place and never thought much of it. But when I needed a quiet place to stay over a long weekend with my new dog, they were more than happy to help us out and were so welcoming! The room was great, everything I needed, I wasn't expecting luxury but the customer service was better than many "luxury" places I've experienced. Stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again. 5 stars and 5 bones!

Pleasantly surprised. Great value for your money. Front desk lady was great, kind and courteous. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and we were able to park our trucks with trailers, which you can't do often in many nicer lodgings like the Courtesy Inn. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated that last minute they accepted my dog with no problem. They even had a treat for her. They even had it makeup remover in the room which was perfect since I forgot mine. This is not a five star hotel but it was clean and friendly and inexpensive and that is all I needed.

Pride in ownership is apparent from the inside to outside of the building with neatly swept sidewalks and parking lot, neatly trimmed hedges, pretty planters for flowers and a whole gazebo for smokers. Inside, the rooms are very clean and tidy. Beds are comfy and it's quiet. The employees who helped us were very nice and helpful. It's a cycling friendly lodging with laundry, all ground floor rooms and a bike pump. An all around win in my opinion.

I left something behind at the hotel and the manager Chris went above and beyond to return it to me at the next stop of my vacation. Incredibly helpful staff- Chris was fast at responding to phone calls and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The hotel itself is gorgeous with really trendy retro wooden style rooms, super comfortable beds, and very clean. Highly recommended A++++

Great little motel in downtown Eugene. The people are very nice and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Despite being in downtown, we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay. Probably my only gripe is the low showerhead (I'm 6'3"), which always surprises me in a country where the average male is about 6' tall. But it's certainly not enough to affect my excellent opinion of them. Also, my wife started getting a cold the morning we had to check out, so she was struggling to get ready. I asked the nice lady at the front desk if we could check out about 30 minutes late and she was very gracious and understanding. We'll definitely stay there again next time we are in Eugene! P.S. During our stay, we were visited by a flock of about 12 turkeys. That was awesome! (see photos)

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place at a reasonable price you will be pleasantly surprised. Convenient location, friendly and efficient staff. Quiet. Cozy bed. Room equipped with microwave, refrigerator, big tv, coffeemaker, WiFi,table and chair. I had the queen with sofa bed which was like my own small apartment. Plenty of good lamps with outlets in base. Hot shower, soft towels. High praises to Kathy and the cleaning staff who never woke me up but cleaned when I needed it. Friendly helpful owner.Bench outside room to sit. I don’t smoke but there is a gazebo with chairs if you do. No breakfast at this time due to Extreme level of COVID restrictions . A very pleasant stay.

My husband and I attended a concert last night and booked a room at this motel. For the price (very reasonable!) I was not expecting much. It was a very clean establishment. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was refreshing, and the flowers around the motel were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The price includes a daily continental breakfast and the location was perfect, we will definitely return to this motel.
