Carolee is spectacular! She is a truly gifted therapist who is also quick-witted, kind, and patient. The EMDR and counseling she provided helped me address past trauma and start to reshape my thinking and relationships with others/myself. She is the best therapist I've worked with by far! I had been looking for an EMDR therapist for years, and eventually gave up because of the exhausting journey it is to find an opening, and eventually through what I might describe as divine destiny, I found Carolee. I was looking for a way to address past trauma in a new way, beyond traditional talk therapy, and EMDR with Carolee has done exactly that. I didn't realize how much I had closed off trauma in my mind cupboards until this approach, and have had incredible amounts of healing and reframing of my past that I didn't even know I needed. Carolee is professional, nonjudgmental, compassionate, and knows just the right level of mental challenge with the prompts she gives during EMDR. I have connected very well with Carolee and feel comfortable talking about intimate and dark things that I haven't told anyone before. I have had a lot of success with healing from my past because of the work I have done with Carolee and am thankful to have her as my mental health provider.

Carolee is a very gift therapist, especially in areas like Trauma and helping with PTSD related symptoms. She also practices EMDR, which I find super helpful! Easy to talk to, relatable, empathetic, and focused therapist; highly recommend!
