Was shocked to find out that my monthly cost increased by $100 a month when I removed a car from my policy with my current company. I called Brian in an attempt to find better rates. Update: Had an issue with my car tire on a Sunday and was needing information on a rental. Left a voice-mail to return my call, totally not expecting one until Monday, and was called back within 10 minutes. By half the day in, he was able to provide me with policy details and options for my situation. But it doesn't stop there folks.... he called me back unexpectedly the next day to ENSURE I was all taken care of and there was nothing else he could offer to help with. TOP NOTCH customer service.

Recently a deer and I collided! Luckily only the deer and my car suffered any damage. As soon as I called Brian, he was on the job. He answered any questions I had, helped me with paperwork and kept the ball rolling! Brian is great to work with. His smile and friendly manner are genuine. That is worth a lot these days.
