Trader Joe's

It is a nice local Trader Joe’s in the NW area. They always have affordable and high-quality items. I never forget their cheap bananas 🍌 so a good stop for your grocery trip

This place is great! They have everything but I like them most because they have the best selection of cheeses (at reasonable prices) that I'm aware of. It's a fine place for daily groceries but a must for any party snacks shopping (meats, cheeses, crackers, veggies), it's just so much better than anywhere for those things. Oh and their port is super affordable and better than bottles I bought for twice the price. Beyond the food, the staff is already awesome 😎

TJ's is a mainstay for us. Good quality food, great pricing. They may not have everything, but core basics in produce are in great condition. Meats, cheese and wine / beer selection totally sufficient. Always something fun to delight, quirky environment, and staff are excellent. GF options in good supply!!

They are well organized and create snacks and well prepared and thought out dishes for every season. Staff is great.

I love all of the unique products that they carry here. I always find something in there that I have never heard of before.
On one of my more recent T.J's snack quests, I came across Kiwi Berries, OMG I wish I had discovered these way sooner because I love 🥝 and I love berries and basically the name says it all. I just wish I could get them year round.

I love Trader Joe's! This is a typical location with great quality products at great prices, and friendly staff. It's a little hidden and there isn't any parking except the limited spots on the street.

I'm sensitive to wheat and try my best to maintain a gluten free diet. This location carries many of TJ's gluten free items. It's a fun neighborhood, and the staff and customers are all very friendly & attractive! ;)

This Trader Joe’s feels like an alternate universe, the staff (and patrons) are so friendly and kind. They gave my friend and I a bouquet of flowers! The few minutes we spent in this store was one of the best parts of our day. Plus the prices and food are great! Highly recommend 🦋✨

I've been shopping with them since they opened in Pasadena, CA. It's nice to see up-and-comers succeed in the wake of giant capitalist corporations and, more recently, online shopping. Plus they don't try to make you sign up for a club card or download an app in order to get a good deal. They just keep everything at a decent price and mark it as such. Those other stores trying to trick you or monitor your online activity are just scandalous. Being treated like an actual human being is a refreshing change so thanks TJs!

My favorite Trader Joe's to go to! Placed in an amazing location up in NW Portland, this TJs offers a great selection of their produce and products to the community. Being in a walkable distance from almost anywhere in NW Portland, you won't know a local who hasn't stopped in this place at least once. Love this shop, have always had good experiences from the staff, and will continue to go here.

Parking can be a little tight but the store has all you need from a Trader Joe's. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful plants and delicious food.

Shopping here is always a great time with the freshest of produce, meats complimented by every thing you would find at a supermarket. My friend said upon his first visit that it was like going to Whole Foods but with Costco prices. He was impressed with the level of service from the excellent staff. The free coffee and samples was enjoyed by him too

And let's talk about the staff, who are the true alchemists behind this realm, converting any query or uncertainty into a cart full of treasures you never knew you needed but now can't live without.

The moment I set foot in this Portland Trader Joe's was akin to love at first sight, or perhaps more fittingly, love at first bite. It's not just a grocery store; it's the muse that inspired my ongoing odyssey through a cornucopia of flavors and experiences. The Glisan St location will forever be the starting point of my Trader Joe's journey, the prologue to my ever-evolving culinary narrative.

They do a lot with a little in this tiny store. I never feel like I’m missing out on anything when I shop only here for a given week, that’s pretty cool, given the store’s small footprint. And that truly makes it a neighborhood gem. But when you factor in pricing on top of that and feel like you always get a great deal here? Priceless!
I live close enough to walk to this TJs, but far enough away that it’s not my “neighborhood store”. Sadly, the store that is always makes me feel like I’ve been robbed when I go there.
And I haven’t even talked about the people yet!
The staff here is just great. The folks on the floor seem cognizant of the fact that they’re probably “in the way”, but remain busy while also allowing people to shop. I try not to make matters worse for them by talking to them - I want them to be able to get their job done and move on. But they still have a friendly vibe. The employees I do talk to - at the registers - are equally proficient, but also back up the overall vibe of the team with pleasant conversation while their hands busily scan my groceries.
