Westmoreland Village Apts

For the price of the apartments, this is a wonderful complex. It is beautifully landscaped and I feel safe, even at night. I have a private backyard and a washer/ dryer in unit, but there are secure laundry facilities for the big loads. Management is friendly and helpful and I have never had any issues. I hope to stay for a long time

I have lived here for 5+ years and so far so good! The office staff has always been a pleasure to deal with, maintenance takes care of things efficiently, and grounds are kept well. You can tell the office and maintenance staff care for their tenants. When dealing with Eugene you will always have your transients coming and going from the property at all hours and parking is a bit of a pain. Overall, I highly recommend Westmoreland Village and Jennings Group. Good people and good company.

Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Adorable rent and affordable laundry facilities. Close to schools and shopping. Very nice apartments with microwave, dish washer, oven and fridge. Management is very friendly as well. Always a pleasant experience. I'm very happy here and I'm giving Westmoreland Village apartments 5⭐

Nice place

Just moved here 5 days ago. The office workers were super kind every time we called and asked questions. The neighbors are very friendly and most are families with younger children. It’s a very homey feel. Considering the price of the apartments, they are very nice. There are a few small holes in the walls or discolorations here and there but all the appliances are is great condition and work well and the floors are quite nice too. Very satisfied overall.

I don't live here so can't really comment, just visiting friends. The places are nice, but there is a ton of walking activity around which has led to some crimes in the area.

There are a lot of beautiful trees, bushes, and flowers here. The parking spaces were made to be more narrow several years ago, and it is a serious insurance liability, where people are constantly having to bang into each other's cars with their car doors. Many apartment work orders are very slow to be done. They should hire another maintenance person. The crime level in this neighborhood has gotten bad enough that it warrants a couple of security guards and a community watch program. They probably won't spend the money on it.

Some people get away with the things that are in the contract
