I've been seeing Sammie for many years. She's very professional, comforting and the environment feels safe and so relaxing. I highly recommend her, once you start you will know the gentle caring person I've come to be addicted to.

Being someone who waxed frequently, finding Smith Haven Skin Care and being introduced to sugaring was an amazing opportunity that has allowed me to feel comfortable in my own skin without the pain of waxing. I began coming to Smith Haven Skin Care for waxing a few months ago after the person I previously went to stopped offering those services. I really appreciated how professional Sammie was and how comfortable she made me. By the time of my next appointment she had begun offering sugaring hair removal as well. I did a bit of research on sugaring vs waxing and found that sugaring is less wasteful, more eco-friendly, and typically less painful than waxing due to the direction it's pulled off - all wins in my book. So I opted for sugaring, and I am never going back to waxing! Sugaring is WAY less painful than waxing and I'm so glad she offers this service now. She does great work and is so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'd recommend her to anyone for any hair removal they need.

Sammie is wonderfully skilled and welcoming. My skin is always softer & smoother after one of her facials, plus the face, neck, & shoulder massage is amazingly relaxing and therapeutic--true luxury! Sammie was amazing. She is very caring and great at what she does. She even sent me home with some samples of exfoliator and a mask to do it myself at home, so thoughtful of her. I got a two pack microdermabrasion package and I am addicted. My skin felt and looked so much better after each visit, and I wish I could be doing this bi-weekly. It's such a great feeling to pamper yourself once in a while, and Sammie makes it a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Her new salon in Springfield is very quiet and peaceful, and even her waiting area has some coffee and water for you. It was worth a 10 min drive from Eugene and her prices are very reasonable. I will be back for sure.

Wonderful experience at Smith Haven!! My skin has always been a problem - it's both oily and dry, and prone to blemishes. But my mini-facial was amazing - my skin has never felt so smooth and clean!!! Sammie gave me some really great tips and recommendations for adjusting my skin care regimen, and was happy to answer all my questions. She is sooo kind and laid back, I can't wait to go see her again!! Highly recommended!

I went to Sammie every 3 weeks or so for her sugaring services. I have PCOS, which causes a lot of facial hair As a woman, it is embarrassing to have a full on beard, but she was so professional and kind that she didn't make me feel uncomfortable. 100% recommend Smith Haven Skin Care.

This was my very first facial, and everything about the experience was incredible! Sammie made me fell very welcome and comfortable right away. She was simply fantastic. I swear she has magic hands! She was very knowledgable and graciously answered my many questions. She tailored the facial for my specific needs. I received 2 sugar hair removal in my armpit and it was wonderful first time was slightly painful but the second one wasn't! And the hair takes longer to grow back as well as it was more thinner so I think in the future I'll do more sugaring.
