Radloff Accounting

I hate leaving poor reviews on people’s businesses;
however, I would never want anyone else to be in the situation that I am in! I brought all of my information for both, personal and business taxes to Radloff accounting in February. It is now almost October and my taxes are still not done, nor will the business answer the phone when I call. Finally, I decided to pick up my information and take it elsewhere. When I went to pick everything up, the business owner lost my flash drive with all of my tax information regarding my business. I highly recommend going elsewhere unless you typically have a good experience with Radloff accounting.

Do NOT use Radloff Accounting. The unprofessionalism from this lady is unbelievable. She REFUSES to give me any of my numbers from when I hired her to do my taxes. She REFUSES to give me my adjusted gross income, which would take her a matter of minutes, because she rudely yelled that she is "too busy" and HUNG UP on me! The IRS is demanding that I give them those numbers, and she is not giving them to me because she is "too busy" to spend 2-3 minutes WORKING FOR HER CLIENTS! Do yourself a favor, go to another place that will actually have your best interest at hand.
