Candlewood Suites Rogers/Bentonville, an IHG Hotel

The staff at check in was very friendly and throughout my stay. Plenty of places to eat around the area as well as food at the hotel. Very quiet atmosphere.

Upon arrival they were ok not great but ok. I had to come back later for the check in time as I was a little early. No big deal. They said call to check on a room before coming by but I did and was on hold for 5 minutes and hung up went by instead. The hotel lobby is clean and has a snack area that is pretty decent. The coffee machine was broken so had to leave for coffee. I came back later and the room was nice and they put me where I wanted to be. So accommodating for sure. There is one ice machine in the lobby good clean ice. They have full size ice box in the rooms. WIth a many kitchen I assume in each room. Large room clean smellling. Not noisey even though close to the road. Nice small exercise room. They had a pool but it is closed.
THere is every resteraunt you could want within walking distance. Also big box stores too. Bathroom clean. Price was decent. Felt safe there at this hotel and the location. No problems only stayed the one night.

Very kind and gracious staff for the entire duration of our stay. We were present for a winter storm which burst pipes all over Northwest Arkansas. It has been amazing to watch the resilience of the staff and the persistence of bringing positive energy to the hotel everyday. Highly recommend without hesitation.

We spent a weekend getaway and the room was super clean. The bathroom was remodeled and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave the room. I love the kitchen. It has everything you need and even a dishwasher! Adriana checked us in and was super helpful and knowledgeable about area and places to eat. We really enjoyed the stay and look forward to coming back soon. Thank you IHG.

The hotel staff is very engaging, friendly, and responsive. When I put in a request for supplies or had a question, they were very quick to respond. The associate that really stood out to me was Sawyer.

Sawyer made sure that I had all the information I needed when I checked in, shared surrounding amenities and greeted me each time I saw him.

The room is large and it as a working kitchen with a full sized fridge. Quiet location and relaxing to stay in.

Will look to stay here again in the future.

My husband and I are in-between homes and needed a comfortable middle ground and apartment-like setting to support us before we find a new home. The Candlewood Suites are amazing! Our suite had a fully stocked kitchenette, super comfortable king bed, a spacious bathroom, large living room and very reliable WIFI - as I've been working remotely. Other perks include free washer/dryer, free use of two gas grills, and a specific area for dogs outside - we have 2 (and they offer doggy bags). In total, our stay was 3 weeks in this location and we could NOT have been happier with the location and amenities. In addition to a wonderfully, comfortable room - we've received outstanding service from the front desk staff - they greet us as we come and go, provide anything we need, are incredibly kind and also have dog treats on-hand. :) If you're looking for the comforts of home - please don't hesitate to stay in the Candlewood Suites, we HIGHLY recommend it.

Nice place for the price. Older but we'll maintained. Close to good places to eat. There was a VCR DVD combo (still looked brand new) in the room but was updated with a flat screen TV. You could tell it was very nice at some point in the past. However it was very noisy. I swear they must have gave dance lessons upstairs all night. I would recommend; the odds of noisy neighbors is probably about the same everywhere.

Ok so I had to think bout this for a while. I am a honest reviewer. This place is sneaky underated especially if u are traveling.

Negatives they don't have breakfast that's kind of a biggie especially if u have kids. And it seems the decor and room floors need to be changed and updated.

Positives where to start pool was open and clean , free washing and drying if u travel u understand how big this is easily save u 10 bucks. Workout room is great they have all the equipment with weights u would need to get a workout going. They will loan u hot plates, and slow cookers again such a big small thing to have especially for long stays. Ok the rooms I have a full fridge which is great , also have 2 stove tops no ovens but still great they have everything needed pots, pans, forks, spoons, knives, dishwasher. Room is clean as well. All in all if u can get the rate for under $100 bucks it's a great value especially if u are traveling.

These rooms were OK, as a single weekend traveller. The A/C was not working in the first room I was placed in (which could have been an issue - I like my rooms slightly chilly), but I brought the matter to the lady at the front desk and she moved me to another room down the hall. A/C kicked on just like that! The kitchenette and full-size fridge were nice, even though I did not make much use of them during my 2-night stay.

We were in need of accommodations unexpectedly due to extreme weather conditions in our area. The reviews for this location were fantastic and after speaking with Mac on the phone to check availability, we knew we had found the right location. Mac was as pleasant in person as on the phone and had us checked in quickly. He was kind enough to look up my rewards status even though I had forgotten/lost my card and information. The room was clean and spacious. All amenities were updated and tasteful. The lending locker was a nice touch and had I stayed longer would have been happy to use it! Overall a very good central location for food and entertainment with an amazing staff and comfortable rooms. If I ever need to book another night in town, I won't hesitate to come back.

My stay was comfortable, clean, and overall good. The elevator was gross tho and housekeeping was slow to respond to our request to come change the towels and trash and stuff.. but again, overall it was really nice and comfy!

I stayed in this hotel for a long period of time in 2006 and now I went back for the first time in 2022. I like this hotel, reasonably priced, well located, staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable, large and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Clean Friendly Accommodating Quiet Safe
Customer service isn't bought with a tip; you get it here for free. Besides the staff that's always friendly, you get a handy kitchenette in a clean and tidy room. They've got you covered. If there is something you don't have, there's a closet full of kitchen appliances, games, movies, and random useful stuff. Best of all, FREE LAUNDRY! This place wins.

Great experience very clean rooms and really friendly staff. The price was pretty good this is definately my go to place to stay. They are extended stays so the studio I had came equipped with a full size fridge and a small kitchen area. The rooms were very clean and the lobby had a large assortment of snacks and drinks you can order.

Staff was extremely professional. Upon arrival, we did not have the room that we reserved and they were very apologetic and upgraded our accommodations and included a discount for our inconvenience after driving 9.5 hours. Rooms were clean and felt like a second home. Would recommend using Candlewood suites to friends and family. My family will be making future reservations with Candlewood Suites. 👍🏾👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾👌🏾

Nice place to stay. It's clean as you walk in and all the way to your room. Receptionist was very polite and accommodating. I will most definitely stay again. Prices are very reasonable for your stay. Not to mention they are pet friendly as well.

I received an excellent price, under $80 for a single bed, one night stay. Everything was perfect. Room was modern, clean, cool temperature upon entry and the TV service actually has a lot of interesting channels. As far as sleep goes, the bed was wonderful. I'll be back.

Modern rooms, great location. Everything was clean and all the electronics functional. Free DVD and VCR rentals (yes VCR). Cool selection of oldies. They don't have everyday cleaning for short stays so you can sleep in without the constant door knocks on your floor. Noon checkout is also nice. Will probably stay here again next month.
