Very homey!! My mother and I stayed here, it was very clean and smelt good. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was friendly and the service was amazing. 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Clean and modern Hotel. Breakfast hrs are from 6:30am-9:30am and the food selection was a nice variety. Coffee/Tea/Hot Coco is available 24/7 which was nice. We had a nice room that overlooked the trees which made it even cooler to watch the rain, lightning and thunder storms from. No carpet rooms which made our luggage travel more smoothly across the floor. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and awesome. Great location close to everything you would need. Would recommend staying here.

The fresh ground coffee 24/7 in the lobby was a huge plus. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The rooms do not have carpeting, but makes it more allergy friendly. The thermostat kept the room the perfect temp. The beds were comfortable, not plush but nice. The blackout roller blinds really do their job and the controls are intuitive. No fumbling with drapes and light leakage. Lots of hot water. Speaking of water, filtered still and sparkling water dispenser in the lobby? Incredible. Did we enjoy our stay? Already made a reservation at another location.

Very clean. No carpet in rooms was a first for us but honestly it makes sense. Room and floor were incredibly clean and modern. Fresh coffee available 24/7, a large variety of snacks for purchase was a perk. The grab and go breakfast had hot and cold variety as well. We would definitely stay again.

Brand new rooms, good linens, just smelled like they need a humidifier. The building could use some good inviting scents floating around. Other than that, great stay!

This is the best Avid hotel I’ve been to yet. The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean and the AC blows ice cold. This is the only Avid that has egg bites and egg omelettes which are absolutely fantastic instead of those disgusting Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. I just wish the other Avids would catch on and do the same!!!

The room is small and very minimalistic. But the bed is so comfy. I never sleep well at hotels and I couldn't pull myself out of the bed! The room was clean. The television was large. Staff were super friendly.

Just checked in and I love the design of this hotel. It's def has a European feel... And I love that! Yes, the rooms are smaller than most American hotels but they're super clean with premium bedding and a soothing color scheme. If I'm in my room, it's usually just to chill out or sleep. Again, they remind me of all the hotels I've stayed in in the EU. Front desk was friendly and check-in was a breeze. I love, too, that it's got that "new" feel and smell. Can't wait to try breakfast tomorrow. And I'm really looking forward to the bean to cup coffee in the lobby...It has to be Soo much better than that nasty stuff the usually put in the rooms. So yes! It's def stay here again and recommend it to you, too!

This place seems relatively new, very clean, and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants. The outdoor pool was nice and cool. It's only an essentials hotel, so only a desk chair to sit in. That's the only drawback.
Will definitely stay here again though.

The room was amazing, the bed was amazing. My boyfriend and I naturally wake up around 7am every morning regardless of the weekend. We slept until 9:30 and could not believe it! The bed was soooo amazing and the black out curtains were the darkest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. HIGHLY recommend!

Hotel room was the perfect size for us. Clean, new feel and the staff was very helpful. It had had basic amenities we needed in a room (bed, tv and shower) as we don't spend much time in the room and choose to explore. Will stay again in the future.

I had an issue with a third-party to book me for the wrong date and this hotel was so amazing about helping me fix the problem and getting me in as soon as possible. They made sure to hold a room for me so that I was not out of luck and was not out of the money that I had already put into it because it was nonrefundable. Jasmine is one of the front desk clerks, She will absolutely remind you of Jasmine from Aladdin LOL because she is so beautiful inside and out. She was so wonderful to me and so patient and I am so appreciative of her and how willing she was to help me and my family. This is the best hotel experience I have ever had. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. With things that you don’t see in a typical place to choose from. Some really expensive items that are costly for free in the morning. Again I want to thank Jasmine for everything that she did yesterday to help me get in when snap travel messed up so badly and they work together to get the date changed to last night. She was so amazing with a beautiful smile and a wonderful sense of customer service. Thank you Avett for such a great night for my family.

Everything about our stay was enjoyable. When you book a reasonably-priced hotel, there’s a certain expectation of the sort of room you’re going to get. Our experience couldn’t be further from the expectation. The room was immaculate and tastefully-designed. The amenities rose far above standard. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The check-in was friendly and easy. Its a very modern NEW hotel. The bed and pillows were the best hotel beds and pillows I have used in a long time. The coffee bar was neat. It ground the beans then brewed it. We left before breakfast but they did have cereal, oatmeal and fruit. EVERYTHING was wrapped plastic or its own container. With Covid happening my family and I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Great centralized location with food spots within walking distance. Great new hotel. Modern and clean. The check in process was easy and quick. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast started at 6 and consisted of heated Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, yogurts, bagels, bananas, oranges, cereal, juices and coffee.

Fran was so friendly & thorough. She offered us beverages while we waited to check in. The rooms are clean & the beds are so comfortable. The tv even personalized their welcome message with my dad's name! (Reservation was in his name.) The lotion they provided in the bathroom is incredibly moisturizing & rich. Too bad I can't stay longer. This is a wonderful hotel.

Love the room bright with super awesome window treatments, comfy af bed with king size feather pillows. Bathroom mirror I want at my house and although there's an no tub the Shower head is huge with great water pressure and a cool mist setting. Staff has been very chill too. I will stay here again

Fantastic stay here, great location, rooms were great! Awesome beds, pillows, linens. Decent breakfast, better than avg id say. Staff was great, very friendly. This will be our go-to spot from now on!

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast is always good with multiple options. And coffee is delicious. I stay here anytime im in the area just for the coffee itself.
