Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bentonville, an IHG Hotel

Service was nice/friendly. Rooms/bathrooms were spacious n very clean. Beds were firm just how I like em, plenty of pillow options. I appreciated that the bathroom had its own locking door that's not very popular these days in other hotels. The shower had amazing water pressure, very warm, but not hot like my friend prefers lol. There was a Denny's right next door so that was convenient if we wanted late food but the breakfast was actually very good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits with sausage gravy were all delicious and good OJ. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I had to stay here because we got a flat tire 3 hours from home and couldn’t get it fixed til the morning. The room was great and the staff were super kind and were going to let us check out as late as 1pm if needed without an extra charge as it took longer than expected to fix it!!The breakfast was also good considering it was free. Would also say the hotel was in a pretty safe area, we had all of our Christmas presents and other stuff in the car overnight and nothing happened to them.

We booked a room for 3 days. His brother lives in Bentonville and going to watch Superbowl football there. I like visiting Jim and his family.

You can walk to Braums and many other places to eat! The room was very clean, and the breakfast was great.

Good experience. Clean comfortable rooms. New modern fixtures in the rooms and common areas. They have 2 elevators and a gym, I didn't see a pool at this location. The hot breakfast was great. The staff at this particular location seemed more friendly and chatty than most Holiday Inn locations I stay at...

Nice location, friendly staff, clean facility and rooms. Just what you expect from a holiday Inn express. Good size gym, and right next door to Dennys.

Really enjoyed our night here. It was quiet, (despite being Labor Day and the first hogs game of the season). Friendly staff, nice, modern and spacious rooms. My only complaint is that a lot of the outlets didn’t work and the A/C leaked. Would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff is very helpful

Excellent place to stay, very clean room.

No pool at this hotel! It’s your typical HIE, newer, clean, usual breakfast offerings. Smaller than average parking lot. The road it’s on is busier than average so left turns out of the hotel can be a challenge. Walkable distance to a few restaurants (Denny’s, Cracker Barrel, Braum’s, Asian buffet). Also walking distance to the Greenway (40-mile bike/walking path that spans Northwest Arkansas). Easy access to I-49. Near historical downtown Bentonville, shopping, restaurants, the Amp, and pretty much most things you’d want to do.

Solid hotel. Included a good breakfast. I wish I could find pillows and sheets that are as comfy as hotel bedding.

Great room but needs more safety precautions in bathroom. I personally slipped and fell hit back of my head on toilet luckily I didn’t break or crack anything open

A top tier holiday inn express experience. No complaints. The lady working the front desk for my check in was exceptional.

Was there for a meeting in a meeting room. Room was very functional and clean. Convenient to the front door and easy to find.
