Nike Portland

I'm not much of a Nike person, but this store was probably the coolest I've been to. 3 stories. Every Nike shoe series, clothing, and so much more. There's a glass case filled with each Jordan. From 1's to today and in all white. Pretty amazing!

Great store!! Employees are amazing. My friend and I were being followed and as soon as we walked in they realized something was wrong. While one of them dealt with the guy the other security guard made sure we got to the car safely. THANK YOU!

NIKE!! What can we say! Swoosh “Just Do It”!! Yes this store is so amazing and is very much an iconic store to be inside and witness all this iconic brand has to offer! Athletes and all alike. I absolutely respect when Bill Bowerman says “If you have a body, you are an athlete”. Love this! It takes all of us together to bring this to life! I highly recommend anyone who is in Portland to visit Nike Portland store. I just took in the scenery and so much apparel, shoes, history, all about Nike is there. Highly Recommend! I met an Nike athlete by the name of TC who was a part time Athlete (sales associate) and he was a great guy. Customer service and he helped my husband with learning how to customize his own Nike shoes! Visit this store!!

I love geting my Exercise gear here. They have the best leggings and training bras and shoes. The store is very well put together and there was people around That was able to help me find what I needed.
The parking was alright for portland. Employees were very nice and helpful. And like I said the quality here is A+.
Definitely will be back here again.

Nice place. they don't have all the models or references in shoes but anyways have many options. If you download the app . . In your first buy you will get 15%. Look at my pictures. . . There's a Jordan boots collections from the first one. . That's nice.

Everyone was helpful from the minute I walked in. There's hand sanitizer location all over. No temp check or signs for the amount of ppl allowed in. There is mask requirements and plastic shields at check out.. will be back soon as my order shows up..

I normally go to the employee store, but I stopped in to return a couple of shoes because this location is closer to where I live.

Great customer service. Accepted the returns and got them processed to my account overnight. Quick and painless, no pressure to spend money or buy. There’s also lots of security there so I felt pretty safe!

This is a must if you like Nike. Great stuff and good prices. They do have very unique pieces that you will only find in this shop.

As soon as you enter your greeted by the casual but cool security that you might mistake for models. I usually head right upstairs and stare at the entire Air Jordan Showcase that wraps the entire second floor before seeing the new Lebron / Hype wall.

I'll skip over the other nearby Nike store's to get to this one even just for an exchange/return.

The establishment is clean, and the workers were very helpful. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left. It was a great shopping experience.

There is a guy named Benjamin with orange hair really nice guy and willing help,made the whole experience easier compared to others

TRACY gave the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!! I’m so sad I missed the window to complete the survey, but give this girl a raise!! She dealt with my friend and I’s complicated purchase/return with so much patience and she was so nice!! Will be returning to this store just because of her.

Great store staff vary attentive and helpful

There will be a line. They keep the amount of people inside the store to a nice low number. This gives everyone a chance to shop without feeling crowded. After the store is at capacity it’s a one-in, one-out affair.

Very clean and up-kept facility. Every employee that I engaged with was super friendly and considerate. Definitely noticed that many entitled people shop here but besides that it was a great experience. I use hand crutches and the security employees at the front kindly opened the door for me when entering and exiting. I ended up needing to exchange a couple pieces for smaller sizes an hour later and the process was very smooth. They ordered/mailed me (free of charge) the one article of clothing that they didn't have in store.

The guy at the door welcomed us very nicely, he was very sweet. We didn't stay more time but I think the experience would've been a little different. So far everyone seems to be very nice.

Monica and Tracy were wonderful. I found a matching set at nike and loved it. They went out of their way to find me the same ones in different colors in the basement.... So happy and made my day 10/10. :)
