Outstanding service! The entire staff is friendly,professional and knowledgeable. I have never had new tires put on so quickly in my life. The store and shop are very clean and well organized. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back in the future.

The employees were helpful, friendly, and great to deal with. I had to have my windshield wipers replaced because they weren’t functioning properly, and it took minutes to take care of.

I have been to many different tire shops in different states and I have been to a few different discount tire shops in different states and none of those compare to the level of service you get from Al and his team. I wanted to see what a set of wheels and tires would look like on my truck before spending the money and they were kind enough to accommodate me. They’re quick, knowledge, and will always work you in even in a pinch. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to upgrade, repair or get any tire needs done.

I’ve been to all the “ghetto” tire shops and I have to say this shop was nothing like those! As soon as I got their Jaxon came out and greeted me, he was super friendly and made sure to inspect the car to make sure nothing else was wrong. 30 mins later they had my tire patched and even replaced my windshield wipers all at a very reasonable price and time. I was in and out in 30 mins. Definitely would recommend discount tire and ask for Jaxon if you can, he was awesome!

Excellent service! I needed a patch on my tire which to my surprise it was free. The team all did an amazing job, good communication, were quick and exceeded expectations.

I wasnt sure what to expect from a place whose sign letters are misaligned, but I was surprised. Over the phone Hudson was very helpful and polite and set my tires aside for me. Once i arrived it took a little while to get help at the front desk, but they were busy. As soon as I was waited on it was quick and easy to sign up for their card and get my ticket started. I was allowed to watch the techs perform the two tire replacements and really was impressed with their efficiency and thoroughness. Tyler and Jaden were very quick and did the change 100% by the book. having been in the automotive and tech world for nearly 2 decades I can do this same service blindfolded with the right machines and they appeared to have the same level of skill. They torqued my wheel to the requested torque (factory) and balanced them well. No vibration was felt on the drive home and they were very polite as well.

I will continue to go back for any tire needs if this level of professionalism continues and I hope it does. I have worked at several local tire shop and the way this was done was the best I have seen outside of the full automotive shop I have worked at.

I should also mention Angel was the gentleman who helped me in person after 2 phone calls with Hudson and he was just as helpful. Thank you for the professional and correct service procedures for my vehicle as this is now the only other shop to have worked on my vehicle other than the dealer and I was apprehensive to do so, but not anymore.
The pricing was fair and they also offer a significantly better Protection Plan for the tires purchased than other similar companies in the area as well as free rotations and balances.

I hope corporate reads this and acknowledges these employees as they had a tremendous impact on my opinion.

It's refreshing to get competitive pricing with quick and quality service. Hudson is great as well as the rest of the crew. Amazing and Outstanding service. Had a flat, but drivable tire a few minutes before closing on a holiday weekend and they took care of me, no cost for tire repair. Plaza Tire wouldn't see me despite showing up 15 minutes before closing and no customers. Just shows you how much they care about their customers. Thank you to the great team for saving my weekend! Quick friendly service, great tire selection and lifetime rotation. Recently my wife had two tires with punctures, the one tire was repairable but the other was not. We were topping it off once a week as it was a slow leak so I decided to wait another month after we get back from vacation. To protect us the shop put on a loaner tire until we were ready to replace the tire. That is the kind of service I wish every shop afforded people because that is how you get a lifelong customer rather than a one time purchase. Thanks discount tire!!!

Factory wheels where toasted... wouldn't seal on the bead. They sold me a set of good looking wheels at a discount and new tires. Had me out the door in 45 minutes.

Had a nail in my tire. They fixed it for free.
