Great variety of used tires for sale conveniently located by the sales counter. All their employees exceed my expectations as far as knowledge goes. Management is is top notch. The goodwill hot dog stand is there outside the front entrance most days, with amazing cooked to order food!

My husband and I have found the parts we need every time here. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are great and they have a 30 day warranty and that helps when the part doesn't work out. Love this place!
Oh and It's very organized too. They give you a map so you know where you're going. It's definitely helpful.

5 star they had what I needed without going to a different slavage Yard the price was awesome and reasonable travel over 2 hours just to get the parts for my 06 ford f150 this place is now my top priority for used parts if they have it you go get it bring your tools it's is a $1.00 Entry to the yard friendly ppl

A great junk yard for the do it yourselfers, like me. You pull the part. Make sure you follow the rules. Good people, and parts are reasonably priced. I’ll be back when needed.

You can't beat going to this junk yard! I love being able to find and pull your own part. The facility is well set up, reasonable priced, and a great inventory!! UPDATE Now they have automatic doors on both entrance and exit, along with a more streamlined counter! They also have a new inventory system which makes finding any vehicle super easy and they always have specials on whole vehicles for sale. Just can't beat this junkyard! UPDATE My son and I go quite often, still as good as ever. Just did an exchange on some window regulators that were changed mid year. It was very easy to exchange for the correct part!

Straightforward. Easy access on phone to fill out info. Driver was punctual, polite, and proficient with paperwork, payment, and towing.

Staff are knowledgeable,and friendly. extremely helpful and patient even when i was experiencing debit card problems. Great prices and wonderful lot map to help you find your target vehichle. I would recommend this salvage shop to all. Would have rated 10 stars if was an option. Many thanks

The best prices for used parts in the area. I just started going their and its a game changer.

On multiple occasions, I have asked for the price of parts, went and spent my time pulling, parts, returned to the counter, and had them go WAY up on the price. On one occasion, after I had spent 2 hours pulling the parts I needed, the other worker whom had quoted me the price was standing on the other side of the cashier at the intake counter. I said, did you quite me $XX for these parts? He said yes. I told the cashier, "You should honor the price he quoted me. I spent 2 hours pulling these parts based upon what your employee told me the price would be." She said no. They were trying to charge me more than I could buy the parts aftermarket online.

I left them sitting on the counter and walked out.

Edit: I am revising this review from 1 star to 5 stars. This yard is under new management now, and is now top notch.

This auto salvage has paid me a fair price for the cars I've sold them. The yard has always been clean when I've gone for parts. As any place with many employees there is a variety of personalities but everyone has been helpful and friendly enough, some of them have been excellent standouts above that. I've been many times and will go many more because the prices are good and well, I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy

Great prices on used parts w/ a decent warranty

My daughter and I needed a part for her 99 Avenger that isn't made anymore. This was my first trip to U pull it. They were all very nice. The yard was well organized and we knew exactly where to go thanks to the map they gave us. It took some time and lots of digging, but we found the tiny part we needed. Oddly enough, we had a lot of fun that day digging through a salvage yard. Lol.

These guys are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, I needed them to pull an engine for me, and they were prompt and reasonable with the work. The parts I needed were incredibly inexpensive for what I was looking for. Absolutely will return again!!

Would give 10 stars if possible.

But don't be surprised if you see him on a bulldozer because 4 car haulers showed up at once .

A bit of advice .
If you like a car but want to think about it ?
It might not be there when you come back .
I did that twice .
Both times were gone .
It's a place you can buy a car and know a mechanic looked at it .
There not tearing the thing apart checking electrical , pulling engine out ect ect .

In my case .
I was told had misfire .
Was also told worse case senerio .

UPI is a great place to get car parts for cheap as long as your not afraid to do the work. For someone like me who just found their interest in cars, it really helps with the items not sure how to get to in your personal or car your working on. Have saved $100s In just a single visit. Also a year membership is only $10 great deal.

I've been there 3 days in a row and going again tomorrow and everyday I've been getting great service and amazing help from Devin. That man rocks and quick on his feet to help if you need it to! Update! I love the new redesign of the lobby and doors. Much easier access when buying parts

Great place to get some things for your vehicle cheap. They have a warranty too. The people are super nice as well.

My day started off a little weird but but I had such a great experience here and the staff was Spectacular! Olvin and Jesse were on top of it Very attentive and helpful II needed to get a spare tire from my car and helped me find the right one! Definitely we'll be referring others and we'll be back again for my next car part needs!
