iQ Credit Union

I used shared branching at this location to deposit a check that was too big for mobile deposit. I asked about other services I could access and they seemed quite knowledgeable. It was also a painless process to deposit the check.

I was helped by Elise yesterday on a slightly complicated business transaction and she was incredibly patient, attentive and friendly. I immediately took my cashier's check to Umpqua for deposit and the difference in the service experience was pretty stark. I think I may be moving all my banking to iQ in the near future. Everyone I have ever interacted with at the Williams branch is wonderful!

Holiday hours should say closed. If they're not open why even place Holiday hours. It's closed during holidays not open. No such thing as Holiday hours if they're closed.

Its especially annoying that this is my local iQ ATM and is almost always down or being serviced. And when it's being serviced, the team takes forever to get it back running.

I used to work at a bank, I know it doesn't take an hour to get an ATM serviced.

Update: maybe it's just the time frame I visit the ATM. Idk. But the credit union itself is great.

Staff are friendly and helpful, but this credit Union is behind on technology adoption and 3rd party integration. For example, they are not part of the “Plaid” network. This means that when you want to connect your bank to apps like Venmo, instant verification will never work. You have to make a series of micro deposits and then come back several days later to verify amounts.

This is unfortunate because credit Union interest rates (dividends) have been cut to almost nothing, ultimately destroying the competitive edge they had over the tech-savvy corporate banks.

They charge two dollars for e-statements when your email is not delivering and you have to go in a lot to fix card probs

This place is absolutely trash. The employees, yes multiple, are mismanaged and ignorant to their companies policies. The overall attitude is poor. They will hard pull your credit then deny you an account for unrelated issues they create. I tried to work with this place on two separate occasions and was mortified at how I was treated as a potential customer and member both times. Please stay away. Your money is safer and better elsewhere.

Terrible experience had my relative come all the way from Washington to a branch in Oregon drove six hours to get here she was told she was preapproved for a $10,000 loan when we get here after sitting around for three hours with inexperienced girls working here we were told she was denied because the vehicle she had chosen was too old it would’ve been nice that if they could’ve told her that from the beginning they wasted our time they wasted her time and they also caused the seller of the vehicle great inconveniences as well
