The best doctor my husband and I have ever had was just "let go" for no reason by KRMC! We are in our 80's and 90's and from now on will go to Bullhead City or Golden Valley for our medical needs. We salute Dr. Lucas Lloyd and will miss him very, very much. We wish him and his family happier days in the years to come.

Joe Atkins in the OBGYN dept performed my daughter’s Ultrasound and he was AMAZING ❤. He was very professional and caring for what was my daughter’s first Ultrasound. We laughed and cried as we watched him work his magic as he scanned her pregnant belly. THANK YOU so much Joe, may you continue to be blessed and highly favored in the job that you do for Kingman Regional Medical Center OBGYN dept !!

I loved my experience. I had surgery on October 05th and everything went well. For me it seemed in and out. I didn't wait to get ready for surgery once I arrived which was awesome. Once I was awake after surgery about 45 minutes to 1 hour later I was out. I liked that because who wants to stay. Lol. In my opinion high quality doctors and nurses. Very friendly in my opinion.

Orchids to KRMC. I was admitted Sunday night which was super busy. I did have to wait around 4 hours but they were slammed. Tammy Jo was excellent I really enjoyed her care for me during my stay. Tina was also great! And my ER nurse that had me sent upstairs , I didn't get her name but all treated me with respect, care and quality. Can't forget the front desk nurses that had to deal with the crowd of people in the lobby.. as well as the surgery team, very professional and nice.. & Dr. Brad that had to give me some slightly bad news, was very informative and handled all my concerns/questions very professional. I also loved the food it was great!!! Very clean hospital and they all handled that busy night as fast and professional as they could. ❤❤

I have had a change of heart from Dr. Dawson which is a funny but proffessional man and a very kind nurse by the name of Letricia. If he or she sees you just remember that they are great medical professionals and changed my stubborn heart about this hospital.

This review is based off the two unexpected times we had to go into the ER.

The first time was a total emergency, as my wife has to be transported by ambulance into the facility. The staff was very helpful, respectful, and took great care of my wife, and we got out with a good result, and just to follow-up with main provider back down in the PHX area.

The second time happened to be last night, as we were advised to go to the emergency room to be checked out. My wife was taken care of with an extreme level of care and importance, as she was super weak already due to little food and water when drawing blood, and since she is pregnant.

I want to commend all the staff members who helped us out, from Dr. Macke the first time we went, to the firefighters and AMR team that first night, to last night with the two blood techs, Dara our nurse, and Brad the NP who knew just how to relay medical information to us in the way we needed to hear it, and how to relate to our younger crowd.

While it is terrible to compare medical facilities since we have been to many, Kingman Regional Medical Center has the best level of service, care, kindness, and patient respect I have ever witnessed; a million times better than two hospitals in the Gilbert area that I will not name.

I know that hospitals often get bad reviews, but some of these reviews do not paint the entire picture. The respect you show, is what you give back, so to the negative reviews, check yourself first before writing a scathing review. You might have been why they treated you "poorly".

The staff at Kingman were absolutely amazing. I would give them more stars if I were able because the nurses, residents, and doctors handled a horrible situation absolutely amazingly. I especially want to shout out nurse Sarah for just being a friendly face and so helpful in he middle of a traumatic situation. Also the nurse who washed broken shards of glass out of my hair after the accident was absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for a better care team. I wish I remembered everyone's names. The resident who stitched my thigh shut was also fabulous!

They treated me very well. Helped me thru a horrible ordeal. I had an abscess that was roughly 8 inches long and 3 inches wide on my skin (exterior abscess). They kept me comfortable and safe for 2 weeks. All thanks to my wonderful doctors, nurses, CNAs, cafeteria staff and even housekeeping. They truly helped me out. Thank you Maribelle, Marcie, Jean, Kelli, Dr. Gunsberger, Dr. Padron, Engel, Bremmer, and all the staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Admitted through emergency room. Everyone was great, not a long wait at all. Nursing and lab staff we great! Food wonderful, doctors, not so much. I never saw the same one twice in 5 days.but get, it was so much better than the Havasu hospital. I'd still be waiting in e.r.

This hospital and its staff are absolutely amazing. My husband was brought in with chf and the care and treatments have been excellent. He feels safe and well cared for as the patient. And I feel so much relief knowing he feels safe here and comfortable. So I can actually rest and go home at night knowing he's ok. Thank you Kingman Regional for showing me that not every hospital is a terrible experience.

My husband went to ER 12/9 for a respiratory infection. I retired after 19 years at KRMC as an RN. The care was excellent though they were very busy. Everyone was professional and polite. It was a very good experience, and they listened to our concerns. Good job ER! My husband is feeling better with prompt diagnosis and treatment.

We unfortunately had to take my son to the ER here last night, however it was amazing experience. The doctors, nurses and entire staff were friendly and so genuinely concerned for my son. Very knowledgeable and quick service. They kept us informed the entire time and made sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan. I can't thank them enough for taking such great care of not only my sone but the whole family.

I ended up here in an emergency situation, and spent 4 days on the second floor. (Leaving out what I believe is going to be a very expensive stay) I would like to thank everyone on the second floor from my first nurse Dean to my last nurse April and the entire rest of the 2nd floor staff right up to and including the cleaning staff, everyone seemed to go above and beyond just for me. Being from out of state the staff made me feel right at home and I appreciate everything they did for me.
I left a gift basket of which I heard the basket itself was wanted by many (I hope no one got hurt fighting for it lol). If anyone from the staff reads this I would like them to know I managed to get the 1100 miles home ok on my makeshift oxygen supply.
My best to All

I went in to the ER in the middle of the night. Short version: it resulted in surgery. I had a hysterectomy and there was a hole in my bladder from a previous C-section in Oregon. All of my surgeons, nurses communicated with each other so I didn't have to keep repeating myself. The entire medical staff was kind, going out of their way to make certain I was healing comfortably and regularly checking on me. Housekeeping tried to be invisible when they addressed my room but I would instigate a conversation and they were always sweet and considerate. Thank you KRMC for saving my life and for making my stay as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances.

My 90-year-old father has been in here twice and he has received outstanding care. He calls the nurses his guardian angels and they have been very attentive to all his needs. They are also very good about keeping the family updated. I live in California and I am pleasantly surprised at what great medical is available here in Kingman for being a small town. Thank you!

My experience was fantastic. I was there today for an upper GI Bleed and I was seen in the E.R. The staff was pleasant upon entry and I want to give a thank you to the lady out in the waiting area cleaning everything. I appreciated that she really cared about me and all who walks through their doors. I especially want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to RICHARD, my nurse, he was just outstanding and really cared about what I had to say. Dr. Pedersen and Dr. Sergent were really informative and made sure I got the proper treatment. I had just moved here from Tucson and was really reluctant to go to a hospital I wasn't familiar with but happy I did. Thank you Kingman Medical!

While visiting out of town, I became ill and had to visit the emergency department at Kingman Regional Medical Center. I received excellent care from every team member I encountered, from registration to discharge. The staff is competent and compassionate.

KRMC Labor & Delivery division , Dr.Jackson and all nursing staff shined bright on our special day June 29, 2022 and during our stay in the hospital. Dr.Jackson is amazing and worked beyond his normal call of duty to deliver our Baby. He offered to come in off of his normal on call shift to deliver our baby and when we showed up a day early on his supposed to be day of rest he was there for us gladly and delivered our baby. We would also like to thank the nursing staff each of you had your own special contribution in taking care of my wife and my Baby. Special thanks to Caroline, Kimberly ,Rachel, Rachelle, Crystal, and Cassie!! Our delivery was smoother then 1st time parents could have ever imagined it to be and my wife and I are extremely grateful!!🙏🙏👏👏
