Morris Rentals

My son and his 2 buddies are renting a 3 BR unit from Morris .. the apartment is well maintained and very clean when we moved him in.. Susan and Cheryl have been great to work with!! Very responsive with answering the many questions we had and taking the time to take pics of the apt etc since we are all out of town parents..
The apartment is ideally located.. very close to campus! My son says this is by far the best apt he’s had so far ..

This ended up being a 3 year rental for our daughter. Cheryl, in the office, and Susan go out of their way to make the leasing and living off campus very easy, so students can focus on school. They truly care about the students and want to help them succeed in being responsible tenants. Having rented for 3 kids in 3 different college towns, this rental was by far the easiest, and the only repeat landlord. Thank you, Morris Rentals.

I highly recommend Morris rentals!! Miss Cheryl and Miss Susan are the best! These two made the rental process and experience so easy, and always helped me get maintenance quickly when needed. Other highlights of Morris rentals include the location to campus, getting to pet Cassie the dog in the office, and chatting with Miss Susan when picking up packages.

I highly recommend Morris Rentals. The price and location are great and Cheryl and Susan are very kind and helpful. The maintenance is quick and responsive. I am especially blown away by how kind and supportive Cheryl is and how she did the most to ensure I had a great living experience.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living with Morris for the past 2 years. The price & location were unbeatable for the amenities you receive. Huge shoutout to Cheryl. She is a kind, caring, and wonderful person who goes out of her way to make sure your living experience is a great one. From keeping track of packages, maintenance requests, to just checking in on you, she does everything to make sure you feel supported. I only hope to live in places managed by great people like her!

Cheryl, Susan and all the maintenance personnel are very friendly and always wanting to help, all my maintenance requests were answered promptly without exception. Great company with great people!

Morris Rentals has been a great experience for the past year.
Susan has always been attentive to any requests I have while maintaining a great apartment. She's very personable with her tenants and is always willing to help if you ask her! She's very professional and keeps the apartments in good condition by keeping a good set of policies that she sticks by. Maintenance was also quick and knowledgeable.
Great experience, would recommend to anyone.

I would give them a million stars if I could. You hear horror stories of leasing companies around campus and I can confidently say that Morris is by far the best one out there. Susan and Cheryl and incredibly kind and go out of their way keep their tenants happy. Problems, questions, concerns, etc. are always addressed so quickly and painlessly, I couldn't imagine leasing with anyone else and will recommend them to everyone!

I had a great experience living with Morris Rentals. My apartment was in good shape when I moved in and I never came across any issues with it. All customer service interactions I had with the office were positive. They were always kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Andrew is an absolutely great guy and is always helpful towards his tenants!

Cheryl and Susan really helped make my college experience the best it could be, I wouldn’t recommend renting from anyone but them. I want to give an extra shoutout to Cheryl, she has always gone out of her way to accommodate our needs and diligently help us fix any issue we came across. Also, the maintenance crew was so kind, respectful of our space, and always did a great job. I developed a sweet friendship with these ladies over the last three years and I will miss them dearly.

I lived at 128 Andrew Place in a studio apartment and had a great experience. Morris Rentals was always responsive when I called for a repair and everyone in the office is very nice. I once had a water leak that was fixed quickly and the ceiling repainted. The only downside was that the carpet in my apartment didn't seem very clean when I moved in, and I was charged a carpet cleaning fee when I moved out. However, this was a tiny thing considering a year of living in a decent apartment. This building was also close to campus and had assigned parking, which was important for me. Additionally, hallways and stairs were cleaned reasonably frequently and I never had any problems with bugs in the building/ my apartment. Obviously, apartments vary by building, but dealing with Morris Rentals was always a pleasure. I would certainly recommend for someone looking for an apartment close to campus!

Throughout my 4 years at Purdue I rented with most of the major landlords around campus, and Morris Rentals was unquestionably the best. Their properties are always clean and well maintained, which I always took as a testament to their ability to manage property well. They closely monitor their email to quickly address anything that comes up, often times having solutions within a few hours of raising any issue. As a tenant this is incredibly important when dealing with any problem that may arise, and they were always easy to reach. When dealing with issues, they're upfront and honest about how they operate and what the rules are, never once did I experience or even get the sense that they were trying to hide something or pull a fast one, I trusted everything that came out of there office to be honest and accurate. Morris Rentals was also the only landlord that I felt really did care about their residents' wellbeing, taking the effort to learn most of our names. They learned my name within a day or two of me moving in and never forgot it, which doesn't seem like a huge deal but really made it feel like a home. I overwhelmingly recommend anyone looking for apartments at Purdue consider this leasing company.

I rented with Morris rentals for 2 years and absolutely loved my place. It was the perfect size for me and you couldn't ask for a better location (128 Andrew Pl) - literally everything worth being near as a student was walking distance from me! Renting with Morris was a great experience - they are the friendliest staff i've ever met. Susan and Carlo are amazing land lords and literally the sweetest, funniest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are also extremely fair (which can't be said for all rental companies). I kept my place neat and clean and got my entire security deposit back after moving out. I highly recommend renting with Morris rentals - it is really important to be able to trust your land lords and with Morris rentals, not only can you trust them, you will have a great time :)

We loved the whole experience of renting from Morris Rentals!! We had had a horrible experience with Granite Management and were a little timid about landlords in West Lafayette but Morris Rentals is a company with integrity! If you are looking for brand new apartments with all the amenities this may not be the right fit, however if you want awesome location, affordability and pleasant staff Morris Rentals is the best option!! We had a few minor issues such as the pilot light going out but they were fixed in a very timely manner!! We even got the security deposit back sooner than we were told! Quit reading reviews and sign the lease with Morris!!

Great place to rent from during my time at Purdue! I lived at two different properties from Morris, and they were both wonderful. They addressed maintenance issues promptly and listened to our needs. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to rent that is close to campus!

My experience with Morris Rentals has been great so far. Especially the secretary/assistant Carlo. Any time I have ever had a problem or question he has been more than willing to help me. Not only is he helpful, but he actually cares about the tenants. I always feel like I am being taken care of to the best of his ability. Carlo is a phenomenal person to talk to and work with. He is very understanding and prompt with solving any issues and responding back to the tenants. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience working with Carlo through Morris Rentals.

BEST RENTAL PLACE EVER! The owner is so nice, and super helpful. If anything ever breaks (nothing really breaks), it is fixed promptly with no charge. Susan and Carlo are some of the nicest people ever, and I wish I was still renting from them. Every other landlord in Lafayette just tries to cheat you and charge you for everything. Morris is super honest and they go out of their way to help you. The rent is very well priced, and if you are ever late they are lenient about the late fee. The stove, microwave, and fridge were almost brand new; and the bathrooms were really nice. Most bathrooms around the Purdue area are kinda gross and old looking, NOT Morris.

I lived with Morris Rentals for 3 years and they are by far the best business to rent from in the West Lafayette area. Everyone who works in that office is a real person who is kind, understanding, and sympathetic. Morris Rentals is also one of the cheapest rental companies on campus, while still having great locations within walking distance of either campus or Chauncey Hill. Every time I've ever had an issue with my apartment, I would just have to call in and place a simple service order and a maintenance man was at my door by the end of the day. Morris Rentals cares about their tenets in a way that no other rental company on campus does and I highly recommend renting from them!

Renting with Morris Rentals was a very good experience. Carlos was always very helpful, especially when I needed to set up a sublease for one of the semesters I was here. They were quite accommodating. Appliances in the apartment were new and nearly so and when our oven broke we received a new one soon after. The building was a good location (215 Littleton). It was quite close to campus but not overly loud. Overall a great place to spend my last year at Purdue!

Morris Rentals definitely provided me with a great experience. They deliver prompt maintenance and are very professional. Even after-hour maintenance emergencies (like a leaky pipe) are handled promptly and without much disturbance. Carlo and Susan are always in the office and are willing to help out with any issues. Carlo even tries to help with issues not pertaining to the lease, whether it be a roommate issue or personal matters. They genuinely care about their tenants. I refused to sign a lease with any other leasing company in West Lafayette after leasing from them my first year out of the dorms. They treat their tenants with complete respect and do not try to nickle and dime you for silly fees. Their locations are constantly being kept up with and are close to campus.
