Southwest Central Fire Territory Station 42

On 10/13, with the guidance of Courtney at Alicks Home Medical, my medical problem became an emergency. A dispatcher at 911 kept me calm, stayed on the phone with me until this fire department came to my aide. God bless these men. I will forever be grateful.

I am immensely grateful for the exceptional dedication and compassion shown by the team at Southwest Central Fire Territory Station 42. Despite the challenge of rescuing baby ducks that had fallen into a storm grate, they tirelessly tried for four hours from 9 PM to 1 AM, and returned the next morning to try again.

Although the ducks couldn't be saved, I checked the location they were last seen and they were gone. I truly appreciate the extraordinary efforts made by the fire department.

The Station 42 team demonstrated remarkable professionalism and care throughout the rescue operation. I commend each member for their selflessness and unwavering commitment to serving the community especially the team Captain, who led the rescue operation and tried every possible rescue attempt.

I am deeply moved by their kindness and dedication. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of emergency assistance.
