Wendy's

Only giving this place 5 stars because of a young lady named Sofia who took my order. She was so genuine, funny and real. Just overall really great manners and a good attitude. Most fast food employees look miserable and disinterested. It was just nice to be helped by a kind and happy person.

Food was mid. There was a half-dead homeless crackhead nodding out in the bathroom. I found a 1,000 bill under a seat and found out it was fake when I tried to buy something with it. Spent the night in jail and got bailed out by Jim. Now I'm trying hard to find out who left that $1,000 bill there so I can enact my carefully thought-out revenge.

Kyler at the register was amazing!! You can see his compassion with just a small encounter. His heart is in this job and it is rare to see such exceptional service anywhere, let alone fast food! Very happy with this experience because of his amazing skills.

Regular Wendy's, decor from the 90's... But! My daughter dropped her food and started crying, because it was a waste and she was sorry: the manager quickly got her a new meal! That was very kind and unexpected.

I love their little chocolate frostys they are the perfect size. All the food is so good. They have the best french fries they are always hot for the most part. Wendys is my one of my favorite fast food places to eat..

This is the place for fresh food off the grill not microwaved. Delicious everytime.
They got a cashier that remembers your name the next visit he sees you.

It's been awhile since I received customer service like this, I was almost in shock. Tyler was polite, friendly, and all around great attitude. The cook was finished our order by the time I was handed my receipt. This is what FAST FOOD is supposed to be like. Enjoyed the atmosphere for a small restaurant was very pleasant. Great job guys keep up the AWESOME WORK & SERVICE!!!

Good quality old fashioned Wendy's. Workers are few but always nice, food is always good. Great spot for me and my family.

We are barely on this side of town. But today we dined in and all the workers were very kind and welcoming. Customer service was top notch and the food was great as well🤌

So I ordered 7 biggie bags through GrubHub and every single one of them was wrong. I called and spoke with the manager Krysten, she apologized profusely and remade all the meals for me immediately and they were ready when I went to pick them up. Great customer service.

Just want to give a huge shoutout to the Wendys on Lancaster. Never thought I’d be writing a review for a fast food restaurant but they were exceptional.

We ordered inside and the cashier was very nice and helped us right away.

Husband went to sit down and I filled a cup for ketchup and turned around and our order was already ready. I was doubtful it was ours because it was so fast but the lady made eye contact and told me it was our order by name.

The dining room was impeccably clean. Not a single crumb of food anywhere. Very tidy, all the chairs pushed in. It was a really enjoyable place to sit down for lunch.

We opened our burgers and they were beautiful. Look like the advertising picture level and perfect amounts of everything. You could especially see the quality in the tomatoes which were a really nice ripe red color. Food was perfect. Best burger I’ve had in quite a while.

Every part of that visit was exceptional. Huge huge kudos to the staff, managers, and owner of that location because you can tell everyone cares immensely about quality, service, and cleanliness.

I love that Wendy's will literally throw away fries if they've been out of the fryer too long.

I saw that everyone was treated nice. You don't see much of that now days!! It shows that employees are taught the correct way to treat customers by management. Very much appreciated!!!!@

This was my second visit at this Wendy's and it was absolutely awesome. The restaurant is clean, the staff is on top of things and, most importantly, the food is amazing. Things usually start at the top and it is no surprise that the manager at this Wendy's is on it! It tickled me that out of all the hundreds of people she waits on in a week, when I arrived for lunch she remembered me by name and made me feel so welcome. I heartily recommend this Wendy's! 👌
