Kristie Cupp made our home buying experience a breeze. My wife and I started looking for a new home about a year ago and kept getting out bid or didn't really like the homes we were looking at. We had decided to take a break for a little while and regather our goals, until Kristie sent me the listing for the home we eventually purchased. In all honestly, I though something was wrong with it due to the price, size and year of the home. Kristie drove all the way from Rogers on a Saturday afternoon to show us the house. We fell in love with it right away and immediately placed an offer. When our offer was accepted, they made sure all of our requests were met when it came to simple repairs after the home inspection. Kristie talked with the title company and our lender to make sure we had everything we needed when it came to closing day. The process from start to finish was almost too easy! No stress, all we had to do was show up to signing day. I would recommend Kristie to anyone buying or selling a home, she will go over and above to ensure the process is smooth and flawless, we never had a question she couldn't answer. If we decide to sell our current home she will be our realtor again, no doubt.

My experience with 12 stones was beyond awesome Adriana and her team delivered it more so I’d say nailed it! I had the experience of helping my sister sell a house that she had inherited and Brian Richey was our first choice for the realtor.
