Dunkin'

Stopped by after my wife was bragging about a donut called "The Mounds". Come to find out, this donut was something created for today only! Amanda was amazing and professional! She explained the donut and was all around very friendly to chat with! She has a very creative mind! I wish that donut was on the menu all the time! I highly recommend this location and Amanda if you're looking for amazing service! Thank you for the great experience, Amanda!!

I had a very helpful employee run me through all of the syrup options. I appreciated her. The price is right, especially compared to other coffee shops.

Michael Wilkinson took our order at the drive through and his positive attitude made our day! Even though he was having a hard day he was still so kind and helpful. Dunkin- this employee makes your company look good!

Everytime I go here, they get my order precise. Best fast drive-thru coffee. They may have a line at times but don't let that steer you away. I get moved through quickly (more so than other places). I am happy I gave them a shot bc now I am a repeat customer. :)

Awesome ambience and great coffee..we ordered hot lattee with mocha and french vanilla...both taste good but I like mocha the most...

Had a long visit with a friend over a great-tasting latte and she had a donut but I can't eat donuts. Comfy upholstered armchairs, no crowd so we could hear each other. Think it's going to be our new spot to meet up and catch up

It’s the only one we got here in Northwest Arkansas. It never fails to go simple on a breakfast plain bagel or if your a sweet tooth on breakfast hour or a need of a meat for the sausage croissants breakfast sandwich. All shorts of donuts small rounds even bite sizes. They have variety of coffee and staff do great. Fridge full. Restroom clean. I know construction is been made outside the parking but it doesn’t define the restaurant itself.

I usually just pick up my coffee and go. I make a stop in the store daily. I had one bad experience there, it was brought to managers attention. They apoloigized and have been very generous and understanding. The staff is amazing and friendly! I don't get my coffee anywhere else! My coffee is always on point!! I love the inviting atmosphere and the fact that my order and name are memorized!

One of the best spots in town to start your day! I have been to this location many times to get my morning coffee and bagel. Easy to get in and out if driving. It’s right next to the new Walmart Home Office location.

I absolutely love this place their food needs a little bit more seasoning but their coffee is the bomb and not only that but the prices are pretty reasonable for an extra large cup of coffee I think I paid 275 it was the Caramel Coke in it and it was awesome. They always are nice when you come up to the window through the drive-thru and whenever I go I always at least once in awhile pay for a car or two behind me it makes their day not only will the coffee make them smile but getting it for free is something special to. I just think this is a great place to have coffee and a donut or coffee and a croissant it's just that you'll never go wrong having something like this and I can say this their coffee is so much better than another coffee place I went to called B7 or something like that I was not impressed at all but these guys they're awesome

So, I was never a fan of Dunkin Donuts, but that perception has changed today. We stopped for a nice, hot coffee (Kennedy is not the same), and the caramel machiatto is phenomenal! The pumpkin cappuccino is excellent as well. I was going to try the rollups (bacon and cheese on a tortilla) but the oven is broken. 😐 Oh, well. Next time, because there will be a next time. Great job!

I’ve only once had an issue with the coffee from this place, and I’ve been coming here regularly since I moved back from Texas in early 2020. This place is great. The customer service is great - the people are kind, and they’re typically very fast about getting my order. I don’t understand the orders that scold this place for stale donuts or the like - all their food I’ve tried is good!

Great way to start your day with Good coffee and muffins.

This Dunkin' Donuts is the best one I've been to I was coming back from Mercy in Rogers and driving a 49 I felt like having a pumpkin muffin and a latte I called Dunkin' Donuts the girl said they only had two muffins left I told her where I was on 49 and I asked her if I could possibly save them and then I should be there shortly I even told her I would pay for them right then and there and just come and pick them up she told me that was not necessary that she will put them on the side for me ask me my name I told her when I got there I walked in I said hi I had called a little while ago and she said yes Kevin I said yes she handed me my bag with my name on it and it said say for Kevin and it was my two muffins and I was able to get my pumpkin spice latte and I had asked them about the pumpkin muffins when do they get them and they said that they go very quickly when they put them out in the mornings they go basically as soon as they put them out I asked if it would be possible if I called and paid ahead of time could I reserve like six muffins and they told me absolutely they said that I wouldn't even have to pay ahead of time that I can call but I could not reserve more than 6 muffins and I said that would not be a problem and they told me that they open at 5:00 a.m. and then if I can call as close to 5:00 a.m. as possible so this way they can get my muffin saved for me talking about being professional polite friendly and the muffins were outrageous as well as the latte and the employees

Clean and they have my favorite donut. Jelly (granulated sugar). Coffee is outstanding too!

Stopped in the breakfast and it definitely didn't disappoint! I even over ordered and got the pumpkin muffin (yummy) I will advise they shouldn't be eaten in the car, as they are crumbly messy! But delicious!!!

I had no idea Dunkin donuts started serving anything other than donuts! The bacon avocado toast is fantastic and my son loves the black pepper bacon croissants. If they served Dr. Pepper I'd give it 6 stars!

Breakfast was really good with hot sandwiches and of course donuts. The coffee was top notch with my favorite nondairy options available.

While in this place, there's a manager, short girl with brown hair, that makes your morning feel like it's not so bad. She always has a smile and remembers my drink. I have no idea why this isn't her store.
