My partner and I are relocating from the east coast to NW Arkansas and were nervous about the whole process, especially finding a place to live that would be comfortable for our household. We met several realtors before we were referred to Julie. From the beginning (without a buyers contract in place), Julie went out of her way to conduct virtual house viewings and was extremely responsive and proactive. For our first in-person house viewing appointment, Julie came with an agenda of several houses to view and quickly pivoted once we started to gravitate to a different type of house. On the 2nd day, she had rearranged the agenda and took us to listing that better fit our needs. We found our dream house, and Julie project managed vendors and such while we were on the east coast in order to facilitate the closing. She still comes by and checks on our house while we are away. I have absolutely no complaints about working with Julie. I would hands down highly recommend her for your house buying needs.

Julie was absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and housing. She had extensive knowledge about both well established neighborhoods and areas and new construction. Julie was extremely patient and took me to see as many houses as I needed to. I ended up purchasing a beautiful home that I absolutely love. I would highly recommend Julie to everyone!

Julie is absolutely the best realtor in the Northwest Arkansas area! I tried three other realtors before I met Julie and Julie just blew me away. Not only is she super professional and attentive to details, but she knows the area well and knows of houses available that you wouldn't even think to live in. When I met Julie, I had a thought about what type of home I would like. However, Julie took my list of must-haves and showed me a property that was beyond my wildest imagination. It was my dream home and she made it all possible.

Not only that, I am out of town and it was two months before I would actually be in Northwest Arkansas. Julie went out of her way to continue to check on my house, going in on her own to make sure that none of the pipes froze during a cold snap. She did not have to do it, the sale had already been completed, but she really cares about her clients. She really goes above and beyond with answering calls, helping you through the home buying process, being your advocate when negotiating. There's other realtors out there, but no one is as great as Julie. Do not look anywhere else. I vouch for Julie any day of the week and twice on Sunday!

Julie is by far the best realtor we have ever had in the history of buying our homes. She is organized, thorough, quick to respond and has an eye for details. As we viewed several homes in one day we appreciated Julie's eye and experience to point out details that can sometimes be overlooked when viewing multiple homes. Julie's guidance and experience in negotiating is the reason we are in our new home today as multiple offers were simultaneously on the table. She made the typical stress of negotiating non-existent. Julie was amazing! I simply described what I was looking for and even in a market with low inventory- she found something she thought I'd like and immediately jumped on it. She gave me great advice on all the things she thought I needed to make my offer most attractive in a competitive market and her advice paid off! My offer was accepted despite the multiple bidders! She also gave great advice on what the contract should include and held my hand through the inspection. She is a terrific realtor- super responsive, professional and just a lovely person!
