My husband and I recently moved to Northwest Arkansas from out of state. Our realtor back home referred us to Cody and we couldn’t be happier. I purchased a townhouse in Farmington. My realtor Rick Kasnicka did a fantastic job of searching for and finding good homes in my price range. He responds quickly and gets things done in a timely manner. He was very professional and made sure that everything moved in a smooth manner. This is the second time I have used Rick to purchase a home and it has been a pleasure both times.

Emily O'Rourke was absolutely phenomenal in helping me find my first home in the Northwest Arkansas area! I was moving to the area for work and she did an excellent job showing me around to various neighborhoods that were close to work. She made herself extremely available to show us many different homes, as we had a short window to find our perfect home before moving! I could not recommend her enough for a first time homebuyer, as she walked me through every step of the process and was extremely patient and helpful with my many questions! All in all, I would give her twice as many stars if I could, as she truly was stellar.

It was excellent working with Mick to find our first home! He is kind, professional, very responsive, and took great care of us! He was never pushy with us, but helped us negotiate and get a great deal on a home. He also connected us with great people to work with for an inspection, mortgage shopping, and closing.

One more thing that was huge for us, when we were “shopping” for realtors, Mick and his team were the only ones that didn’t constantly bombard us with emails, texts, and calls. He made sure he connected with us, but respected our timing and requests.
