Tops Shoes - New Balance Rogers

I've struggled my whole life trying to find women's shoes wide enough to fit comfortably. I've had to wear men's shoes a majority of the time which never fit quite right or Crocs which aren't very attractive. I desperately needed a pair of sneakers and heard this store carried wide shoes going up to a 6E so I made the drive. I bought not one, but two pairs today. I've never had sneakers that were %100 comfortable and fit perfectly. I can't express how amazing that feels both physically and mentally. The gentleman who helped me was beyond nice and helpful. You have a very happy customer for life.

Needed to double check my shoe size as a lot of my shoes are starting to feel "tighter." Troy was very helpful and even showed me some great shoes that might be my next purchase.

I'm terrible with names but the gentleman that helped me this morning was amazing. Went into great detail explaining what the 3d scan meant and what my foot and support needs were. Even asked me what I did for work to help find the perfect fit and came back with 3 or 4 pairs to try on

Passed on the inserts this time but will definitely return for any future shoe related needs

I have problems finding shoes to fit me as I have both feet extra outer bones making me have very wide feet to fit shoes and surgery causes pain if shoes rub. Ladies 81/2 4x are tight, but choosing men's 7 4x are just perfect. My feet are happy, not hurting today after looking a lot of stores and on line searching. I live in Fayetteville, and highly recommend the driving trip to get good customer service and a good show fit to make your feet not hurt. My old shoes made feet hurt causing me pain to not sleep well. My feet are feeling so comfy today.

I had an amazing and welcoming experience with the store in Rogers. I had some doubts about what shoe size I should be wearing, but Troy(I believe that’s his name) was very helpful and patient with me. Will definitely be hitting up this store again if I need anything.

The 3-D foot scan is worth the trip in! They have a Certified Pedorthist to help you find what style of shoe will fit your foot best or what modifications to make to a shoe to help conditions affecting your feet or knees or even lower back. I was very impressed.
They have more than New Balance as well, theres Hoka, Birkenstock, Chaco, Red Wing boots, and other stuff.

My wife and I went in and were fitted by Troy. What a great experience! He custom fit us, explained our needs in 3D, then went and got us both a selection to try. Such a knowledge he has; the very first pair he suggested were perfect...for both of us! He'll get our business again.

What a great shoe experience! I was looking for shoes for my daughter and both athletic shoe stores suggested the New Balance store.

I have drive by hundreds of times but never stopped. It is well worth the trip. Will helped us and made the experience fantastic.

It wasn’t the computer shoe fitting but the great customer service. If you want the shoe experience with a knowledge staff - this is the only place to buy shoes.

Tried on 20 pair of shoes at 4 different stores. Should have come here first! In and out with the perfect pair after trying on just a few shoes. Highly recommend going here first.

Good quality shoes and excellent customer service. I have had foot problems for years and spent thousands of dollars on orthotics and special shoes and New Balance beats them all.

If you want a tailored shoe experience look no further than New Balance Store in Rogers. James Ayers assisted me. He began by doing a full foot analysis and showing me in detail exactly what kind of shoes he would recommend based on information I provided him for what they would be used for. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I’m training for a half marathon and told him about my feet and how they felt running. With that info he had several recommendations that ultimately led me to the perfect shoe for my needs. I’m running on clouds now. I highly recommend this store. Due to the level of service you may have to wait a bit, but it is worth the wait for the perfect fitting shoe!

Young lady who assisted me was a serious runner. She devoted 20 minutes to just me and my questions. She answered my questions. Shared her experience, which were similar to mine and gave me options I didn't know I had. I didn't purchase anything, and they didn't pressure me. This was a great experience. My son needs special attention to his feet, we'll be making our purchase there in a few weeks. Awesome help, absolutely awesome.

Update: Went back in October 2019 and bought the stability shoes for my son. He can now walk around the block without his feet starting to hurt.😃.
