They did a great job. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. They even were able to come a day early. Best experience we’ve had in this area for drain,septic work. Would recommend 100% to anyone based on our experiences.

Drain Masters was prompt and efficient. They took care of my leaking toilet and faucet and at a very reasonable price.

They were great putting in my water heater.

The technicians that came to my home were friendly and my issue was a quick fix (they deserve 5 stars!). The problem I have is the company isn't upfront with their pricing. I didn't find anything on their website stating how much it cost just to get them out for a non-emergency or their hourly charge and nothing was mentioned before work started. It cost me over $150 for them to spend the 5 minutes to get my water heater to light (possible malfunctioning striker or control panel was the assessment). And yes I did attempt to light it myself, I'm not a complete idiot when it comes to maintaining my home. New city, new house, new quirks. I'll go with a local handyman next time I need a minor fix.

Had to ask technicians to put on masks, one came in my home with it under his nose. I asked him politely to cover his nose and he rolled his eyes and shook his head in frustration. He explained what was going to easily but he was not polite or professional to me.

Cafled to fix a toilet clog. came and broke the porcelain toilet. one plumber was young, strung out, with a constant runny nose. Requested payment and promised to come back with a replacement toilet. Left with payment and never came back. Called office and talked to a woman who cla8med to be in charge. Hateful, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Refused to assist in any way.

Called Roto rooter. They fixed everything. Employee claimed that he briefly worked for drain masters. said that the owner of drain masters sold meth to his employees and that's why Roto rooter guy quit.

They are coming out for the 3rd time today because the problem is worse than it was when they first came out here. It just gets more expensive with each trip. Can't even flush a toilet without flooding the house 🙄

Too expensive

Had them come fix a leaky pipe in a bathroom we do not use often (they left a huge mess so bad that dry wall embedded into my new floors and I can’t get it up) because my downstairs bathroom ceiling was leaking from upstairs. About a month later, my ceiling busted AGAIN because the issue apparently wasn’t handled. I’d love to send pictures. It’s flowing in the same exact spots again.

This business was sent by American Home Shield (our first claim). This business should be black listed. We are on a septic system, and our pump failed. They (Drain Masters) said they couldn't come out for 8 days, unless it was an emergency. So not being able to use any home feature that drains, is not an emergency? The repair technician was a decent guy, but he was totally unprepared to handle our problem. I had to help him get the pump out of the tank. He said it would take 1 to 1 1/2 weeks to get the replacement part (which is totally false). I called to try and work with them to expedite the process, but couldn't get through, and they never called back. American Home Shield is working with us, so there is still hope, but not with Drain Masters. Zero stars!

Had a home warranty through american home shield. They sent drain masters in out in october to make several repairs throughout our home. Theu showed up promptly and were very professional. We thought everything was in order. The most important being a leak on the bathtub drain in our upstairs guest bathroom. Being as it's a guest bathroom it doesn't get much use. This past weekend we had company and the drain leaked and damaged our ceiling . Being as we no longer have a home warranty through American home shield and its past their 65 day warranty time frame. They would not cover it and in turn drain masters informed me that even though they did the work . that it was discounted through the home warranty and that they would not warranty the work either because it was only a $45 repair. So because they made a faulty repair at a discounted price. I still have a leak and now ceiling damage . I've never in my life been told "it was only a $45 repair so we will not cover it" faulty work is faulty work. I guess this is the new america we live in.
NO ACCOUNTABILITY. They got theirs so they don't care. Will not be using drain masters ever again
