If you want a locally owned, customer-first business to provide you with furnace repair, this is it. I could not have been happier with my recent experience. Fast service. Friendly. Reasonable fees. I'll definitely use them again.

I have used the services of Dunwiddies for my home geothermal system as well as some light commercial installs of new gas HVAC, plumbing, fixtures, water heaters in mixed use buildings being renovated. The team responds via phone, text, and email which provides flexibility I appreciate. Doug and his team have provided great advice on how to professionally address difficult repairs or renovation projects that were difficult to plan out while not spending a fortune to do so. As with any contractor for which I am a repeat customer, I can count on Dunwiddie to stand behind their work in the rare case something pops up and needs an extra look. Doug and his team also work to finish a job the way they would if it was their own home.

They are a busy organization but always take time to talk through a timeline with me. I appreciate that sometimes when I may be delayed it is because they are helping someone else get water or heat on in his/her house or fix a catastrophic leak. I also know they are busy for another reason: they are good at what they do and they do it for a fair price. The community and their loyal customer base understand this.

We lost all water in our home suddenly. I called Dunwiddie when they were about close. I attempted to find the problem myself and was unsuccessful. They had somebody out first thing the next morning and fixed our issue promptly! Quick, polite and efficient service! I have used a few of the local companies and they don't even remotely compare to the professionalism this company exudes. This is the only company I will use when I need any of the associated work scopes addressed!

I called 10 minutes before they opened because our water heater had water coming out the top. Doug answered and said he would call me back and let me know if they could get it done the same day. He called back 5 minutes later and said he could squeeze us in by the end of the day. 2 hrs later it was done. I never discussed price. Bill showed up in the mail and it was nearly exactly what I was expecting. Pricing was inline with big box, but the level of service far exceeded what big box could possibly deliver.

Larry I want to thank you so much for my much much improved air quality from my new unit. Also I would like to thank you for giving me my sleep back so I dont have to keep emptying pans. AC went out over July 4th holiday. Called Corbyn and same day his colleague Larry who was on call came and fixed the issue. Larry arrived and went to work on solving the problem. Great prompt response and professional service. Thanks Corbyn and Larry! Our family appreciates you both a lot.
