This is my second car loan. Very low rate. And, my loan officer noticed some discepencies between what I discussed with her and what the dealer was pushing. And she denied the loan. She was looking out for me, would not let the loan fly as written!!! Awesome.

It might be the safest banking out there. I appreciate the honest hard working approach of this particular credit union. They truly kick butt at what they do. Thank you for watching out for us over the years.

This place seems to love Sticking you with fees. Thanks to the vacation account being different every month. I have to check how much money is in the account before I withdrawal money. What isn’t clear is that they charge you $.50 to check your balance. So when you go to withdrawal money, you gotta make sure that hidden 50 Cent doesn’t drop you blow what you’re trying to withdrawal.

I am writing this as someone who started banking with them pre pandemic. The customer service was great and they even refinanced my auto loan at a very low rate. But as pandemic hit and things shut down they shut up and it seems like for good. You can’t access the lobby and none of my three emails have been answered to two calls with messages along them to get in touch with me. I’m a union member and want to feel taken care of by my union bank. At this moment I do not and am thinking on taking my business elsewhere. Possibly back to onpoint or trailhead where I can see and speak to a person in real life. Maybe they feel they are protecting themselves by shutting us out but there are other ways. Giving it a few more months but if they don’t shape up. I’m out.

I’ve been with this credit union for over 5yrs and have had solid income the whole time and they won’t approve me for a line of credit. I think that’s bs considering I make more then enough. I have good credit also. Makes me want to close my account and go to a different bank. :(

I’m very saddened by the way that their customer service has gone down hill. I have been a lifelong member that used to rave about their service, but now, I warn people not to use this credit union. :/

We been members since 1992, and today we found out that because we retired and only kept the minimum amount in savings that you need to stay active and keep your credit card was not sufficient enough, so today we found out that back in May they closed our account and canceled the credit card because the credit card hadn't been used for a year! and never contacted us till the end of July that this happened! We only used that card for emergencies.. so between may and July of this year we talked to the credit union to change our address and a couple other matters and we're never told this was gonna happen... bunch of thieves!!!!!!

BE AWARE

Any members that want to pay a loan with a debit card needs to be aware they run them as cash advances.

This will result in a 3% fee from your other financial institution. They will not help you resolve this, they don't care about the members. It's a money grab and they will fleece all of the members if possible.

There is no way I would ever use this credit union if it wasn't tied to the local.

Super disappointed in their business practices. Predatory behavior for sure.
