McDonald's

I used my mobile app on the way. When I got there, I was greeted at the second outside speaker promptly, and I didn't have to wait.

In addition, I provided my mobile app number, and the gentleman at the first window asked if I would like a receipt.

When I pulled up to the second drive through window, my order was ready. The whole process took maybe 2 minutes, and that was only because there was a car line.

My daughter's food was to perfection and she loved her frap! If service is always going to be like this, I would love to keep coming to this location

There was a beautiful FedEx driver in there who ordered just before me. She was remarkable. She had these super long eye lashes and her jet black hair was shiny in the fluorescent light. She got her food and left my life just as quickly as she came into it. My heart was broken. Nothing could ever replace this dark skinned beauty I had silently, anonymously fallen in love with... until I took a bite of that juicy quarter pounder with cheese! No more living in the past! I was back, baby! Thank you gracious hosts!!!

Stopped in while passing through. Plenty of room for my 24 ft flatbed in the overflow parking lot. One of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited. Great food as always.

Was disappointed that the lobby was closed but understand this is the new normal with staffing issues. With the drive thru wrapping around the building with two lanes of traffic I chose to use curbside service. It was convenient, fast, and accurate. Without having my automobile idle for 20 minutes in the drive thru. What more could you ask for. Less than 5 minutes from pulling up to a tap on the window for delivery.

Seemed unusually friendly and pleasant! Really appreciate the feel of this restaurant and the dynamic of the workers. Came in on a Saturday night and heard positive conversation among the workers, they were friendly to customers, and I had a significant exchange with the gentleman who took my order, which was encouraging to me in my faith.

Went through the drive thru at 1126pm in bluffton on a sunday night and even though it was late 'justin' did the absolute most! Very cheerful and kind!!not going to lie this man should get a raise!! Not only did he take my order While he wasDoing the payment transaction he had a bunch ofBoxes in his hand as he was multitasking it still didnt change his attitude towards me!!!

The service was timely and the workers were very polite and friendly. I had gone through the drive up due to the lobby being closed. My order was correct and I've had good past experiences at this McDonalds with having polite and friendly service in a clean lobby, back when it was open. I'd recommend others in the area check it out.

Oh my god the ox tail was to die for. And they give you a hefty amount it too. The drink selection is exotic and a pleasant departure from the coke Pepsi products. Sides were good too. The cabbage was marinated in a light vinegar I think. Rise and bean was well done and more delicious than you would normally think. Even the macaroni and cheese was exellent.

Ordered at the drive thru then realized I didn’t have my wallet, let them know and while I was pulled off to the side trying to pay digitally, they brought the food out to me for free. So nice!

Very pleased with McDonalds in Bluffton this morning. I took my son to grab a quick bite and the place was quiet, very clean and presentable. We ordered through the kiosk that was available which made it very easy to customize our order. We had a very short wait time maybe 5-10 minutes. The order was accurate and complete, staff did a great job.

Great place, great -I mean excellent- customer service. They accommodate truck drivers. Super nice. Thank you Mike (Shift Manager)for opening the door for me because I couldn't fit through the drive-through.

I come here everyday and the people are very friendly and my food is always good!

Wow, Gissell was very polite to me and was patient with me. (Got her name while I waited) Best customer service yet from this location, keep her!! The window job for her is yet amazing!!

Fast friendly service. Drive-Thru is always busy. I usually go inside and get my food faster. Love the McDonalds App for discounts, and the McCafe punch card. Order is always accurate and if there are any issues, they make it right.

You put in a 2nd drive thru lane why not use it.
Cars are backed up to Indiana 1 and sitting in the turn lane of a major roadway. This doesn't happen once in awhile it happens daily.

Lol They say "McDonald's is the only place that can read your order back to you, and still get it wrong." But not at my hometown McDonald's..... they get it right the first time, every time. Clearly the employees bring their "A game" when they are working. Hats off to everyone who works at the Bluffton McDonald's! And special thanks to Chris and the morning crews.... when I wake up late and don't have time to make coffee, your always there for me. With a hot, fresh cup and a smile. I'm loving it!!!

It's always great... I always act goofy to give them a laugh. To see I made a smile on my visit, I'll have to say I'm loving it 😋

Don't know any of the crew personally, They are always friendly, cheerful and courteous and I look forward to stopping there for my side salads everyday. And kudos to the management, you put together a great crew.
