Bummie's Drive-In

I travel to a lot of different areas in NE Indiana for work and always try and find fun places to eat at. This place definitely checked all the boxes! Old timey drive-in vibes. I went around 1pm and all parking spots were filled up!
Service was super friendly and fast.
I ordered the breaded cheeseburger, Spanish dog, and onion rings. All the food was super good. The breading on the burger was a bit too heavy for my liking and kind of took away the flavor from the rest of the burger. However, the burger was cooked well.
Spanish dog was excellent, the sauce was super flavorful.
Onion rings were also really good, not too heavily breaded and had good chunks of onion.
All in all, super fun little spot with some great diner food. Def will be back the next time I roll through the lovely town of Bluffton.

This is a real treat in Blufton, IN! I had a cheeseburger and onion rings with a BK root beer. The tomato on the burger was sliced thick and absolutely delicious! The onion ring tasted so good I thought they were homemade. Who knows they could have been. The nicest wait staff too!

Bummie's is amazing. It's a nostalgic blast from the past of cruising and car hops! Homemade ice cold root beer, a good malt shake, and onion rings that are perfectly crisp. The Bummie Burger is a go to for most, but who's heard of a Breaded Cheeseburger!?! Completely new to me but pretty good. I must admit that the Mexi Burger took the win for me!! If you love a good loose meat sandwich you'll want to give it a try!!

Been a hometown Icon all my life nearly!! Only drive in with car hops around here. Best grub in town. Made to order. They make their own Root Beer and is is awesome. Everyone loves Bummies. They are open seasonable.. closed yesterday for the season..already counting the days till spring when they open again!! I will miss them all winter..no one does it like Bummies B&K!! Rootbeer floats are still served in mugs!!! Come on spring!!!

It's a small in the car drive-in restaurant the young lady who waited on us was extremely nice very helpful and cheerful gave us the sticker it was the first sticker we added to our truck and the first time it was awesome love me

Bummie Burger was fantastic . Onion rings best around. The server was great and the food came out fast & hot. Root Beer is very good .

I really enjoyed Bummies , although I live in the area I've never been there before ,it really took me back to a simpler time , my Spanish dogs were excellent and the root beer was wonderful.

I had a fish sandwich. Was disappointed the tarter sauce was a packet. My grandson had mini hot dogs. He loved them ! We both had a rootbeer float, and they were great!

Omg I love this place I wish it was open all year round it's cheap fast and great great food I get the same stuff every year first it's hot Ham and cheese deluxe basket then next time is cheese burger basket with fries and Spanish gog with nacho cheese and onion O and can't forget there homemade root beer is to die for . I've been going there since I was a kid wish they would expand to different town's like Berne Decatur LoL if you've never been there please go check it out.

The Bummie burger was excellent. The bun was nice too, not healthy junk, just a nice fresh hamburger bun on the meat. Plenty of condiments too except the tomato because I left that off. Can't wait to go back down .

Best BBQ sandwiches around. And it's worth the money. We got them at zestos and it was like eating a slider and was more expensive smh. Bummies is the best by far. And there customer service is next to none.

OMG fantastic food, Fantastic prices, fantastic staff. Nuff said. Try the hot ham and cheese. You won't regret it.

1) Obviously, more training is needed . Swearing and very poor customer service.

2) I was not given what I ordered due to the supply shortage of chicken . Out of Chicken and Strips, out of condiments .

3) Husband ordered nuggets, and WOW, they were not even the size of a quarter; must have been out of them also.

This was definitely the worst Popeyes we have ever been to .

The food was great and was affordable I had there deep fried burger with onion rings in the onion rings weren't overly moist tasted great and I took my food home definitely coming back again 10/10 also I paid for another person to eat with me and altogether it cost $12.00 you can't ask for better service

I've been a Bummies customer since I was old enough to drink Root Beer! I've eaten numerous spanish dogs over the last sixty some years and they are consistently tasty.

Food was really good. Just wished they a a restroom. My handicapped father had to walk with is oxygen to the station next door to use the facilities. But otherwise all was good and the servers are cuties.

Not a place for vegan, but carnivores, rejoice! Great food, awesome prices. Experience the time warp while you can. The independent old school drive-ins are rapidly disappearing.

First time there and so impressed. Server comes to car with the traditional tray that hooks onto the window. Food was delicious. Menu had a great variety of food. Very affordable too.

Everything excellent. Located in Bluffton, Indiana. Highly Recommend to everyone.
