QDOBA Mexican Eats

First time here instead of Chipolte & safe to say I’m never going there again. Loved being treated immediately by the GM with a huge smile on her face. Her patience and eagerness to help me decide what I wanted was amazing. Presentation & quality of our food was top notch. Excited to go again.

I like the quality of the chicken quesadilla. And I also noticed that their brownies taste as good as the brownies from Barnes & Noble. And I’m glad the Northwest Arkansas location has finally reopened. And I’m glad that I can earn rewards points during each visit. And when I have 125 points, they’ll give me a free entree.

I’ve been coming to this location for several years, and I’ve experienced many different employees. However, the current manager (Teresa) has created such a fun environment. The last 2 times I have visited, the overall experience was amazing, and she ensures all customers are satisfied before leaving. Very happy with her and the employees she manages.

My husband and I decided we wanted qdoba tonight! Neither of us have been to a Qdoba in quite some time. Our having not been to one in a while has nothing to do with not liking Qdoba, We both commented on remembering how good the queso is. Anyway, I went in tonight to get our order to go and was helped by a lady named Heather. To my surprise Heather is a new employee. She did a phenomenal job. I have worked in food industry for a very long time and I really value and appreciate good customer service. It’s obvious that the staff at this location are hard-working, and want to do their job with excellence. Nearing the end of my visit, while I did see her during the process of creating our two bowls; I met the manager Stephanie. The manager was very kind and encouraging her staff throughout my visit there. This is a five star qdoba! I came for the queso; will be back because of the service!

Came in and was extremely pleased, they had an abundance of guacamole and the chips were perfectly salted and so deliciously crispy at a very fair price! I’ll be back very soon!

Amazing service, Workers are very friendly; Greeted me felt like I was just at home, Good portions, Amazing flavour and overall an amazing atmosphere.

My family and I had lunch here today. Food was great! Fresh, flavorful and good portions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be returning.

We enjoyed the three tacos deal and a chicken burrito. I like the kids deals on Sunday and Saturdays. We didn't love the queso as it had a weird flavor not usual to queso. The staff was friendly and fast. The dining area was clean.

My favorite Qdoba is their pork burritos, and the best part of it to me is the lime rice ! Yum 😋

I had a great experience here! As a first timer I was extremely impressed! Fast service , hot food , friendly employees behind the counter. Far better than chipotle !

Great fresh food. Friendly staff. In my opinion, they are better than Chipotle. No charge for queso. Overall, great atmosphere and awesome food. Will definitely be back.

Employees are always help. Great food, but they do run low on items. They accommodate to your liking. Friendly environment with lots of space. It also has the coke machine where you can add flavors to your soda such as Vanilla/cherry coke and other drinks.

Management was awesome. Had money even about to drop out of my purse and they let me know. Went in at 920 PM and they close at 10. Did not make us feel rushed. Food was awesome as well. Very tasty as my daughter says. She wants to go back today!

Busy store at lunch time. Store manager was on the prep line. Had a shrimp burrito bowl and enjoyed it. Even though the store was busy they kept up with seating area cleanliness. I will be a returning customer.

Service and portions here were great!! Ariel made our food and she did great portions and was very friendly.

Best way for me to eat quickly and get back to work! Noah is the nicest employee and I hope he gets recognize d for his dance moves LOL.

This is one of my go to eating places. It's easy, convenient, and a good value for the price. The chips have a hint of lime flavor to them that really accents the overall flavor of the food. They also have two different queso options, a normal one and a spicy one. Be warned that that spicy queso really earns its name "Diablo". Not for the sensitive tongues.

A Celiac's dream! They washed their hands, put on new gloves, and made sure no gluten made its way into my bowl. They were so knowledgeable about gluten and so kind and helpful! A+++++!!! :)
